A first class place for cakes. The interior is so nice and yummy looking. The customer service was good as well. A place to visit more frequently really. The price and location is good, quite reachable. No accessibility features noticed.Update:I am visiting again today and the ladies on attendance attended to me so well. A very welcoming smile and ambience. Quite professional service. The price is well worth it though high. Got cup cakes of six pack it was so yummy. Am planning another visit again very soon. Thanks

I tasted their chocolate cake for the 1st time yesterday and it was delish. Why I didn’t give 5 stars was the buttercream was a bit oily but the chocolate cake was lovely.

In as much as their cakes are on demand, they should try to have more manpower.Its not nice on those two staffs having to deal with all the pressure for taking orders, answering questions, and packaging.One person for handling ordersOne person providing customer service and cake presentation (and upselling)And other person doing the packaging.You make more profit that way and give your workers to learn more on their job.Dont kill those guys please.

I havent been to Diva Cakes yet however i am ratng them 4stars for great communication skills. I was to buy a cake from Diva Cakes Akowonjo on the 19th of September, 2020 then later decided to do so on the 20th only to have the person I sent miss the location and i couldnt make the closing time.
