We got there kinda late but we were ushered in and were attended to promptly. Clean place too. Their sponge cake was to die for. Not too sweet except u take it with the icing. And it wasnt too expensive!

There is no dine in option only take out or delivery. I got a Chocolate Crème cake off the shelf. It cost 15k. The cake was soft and sweet. Money well spent. There’s not a lot to say about the location. You walk in, get your cake and leave. There’s also a delivery option.

Its always a pleasure to buy from cakes and cream. I frequent their Opebi and VI branches. Nice cakes for all occasions even if just to satisfy your cake cravings at home. You get cakes on the spot or book an order for later.

Was ok. COVID 19 protocol does allow more than two persons (per visitor) into the main hall.Payment process at the front desk is very slow. You wouldnt find fancy cakes on the shelves for immediate pickup. Cakes looks too simple and plain but taste soooo delicious.Wish I had samples for tasting. It would have made me save time in deciding which cakes I wanted.What a good experience!

Wish they had samples for tasting before buying. They came highly recommended and the service wasnt bad at all. However the cake wasnt nearly as good as I thought it would be. To be fair the guy there recommended I pick a more expensive one if I wanted a great cake. But for 13k, would have thought the one I picked would taste nice. Didnt taste that great.

Cake store,not many luxury cakes there,Basic icing cakes or whipped cream cakes…I dont think you can pick up an ice cream cake there over the shelf

I love the fact that they follow the Covid rules strictly, not over crowded and also very neat. The road is getting fixed so one might have to park a few min away and walk down. Aside that it is perfect.

The Branch Manager called me immediately to apologize, I felt it was rather thoughtful of her and very excellent customer service.Thank youThe floor manager was over zealous, it made him appear rather rude. He gave preferential treatment to the guys. There was not welcoming effect but rather put on edge and the cake did not even come out as expected. So I drove miles just to get a bad customer service as well as a not so nice cake!
