They might have all the necessary equipments but if the below issues are not attended to, I doubt if anyone will want to bring their vehicles there.1. Poor customer service - You actually have to call them to find out the status of your vehicle repair. Email response time can be improved upon. A complete training on customer service needs to be done to improve their current staff/employees.2. Timeliness-They never keep to their stated timelines, this needs to be improved upon greatly, I believe the amount of vehicles being repaired at a time are more than the required qualified hands to attend to them3. Attention to detail - one key aspect is ensuring the vehicle is top notch after the repairs, ensuring nno new issues arise.4. Wait time - Average wait time at their office is at least 3 to 5 hours.5. Pricing- You have the option of buying the needed parts yourself, though this will in turn increase the labor cost shared by automedics. If you are sure of the vendor you buy parts from, then I advise you can buy yourself.Like every other Nigerian budding business, the above listed things should be attended to, if not other upcoming auto garages offering better service might steal most of their disgruntled customers.

Had an issue with the drive belt of my car. Fortunately, it happened about 2 minutes drive from their workshop. I managed to get the car there and the technician that attended to me did everything he could to get the car fixed so I wouldn’t have to leave it overnight. The car was fixed after their official work hours and I was able to drive it home.

DO NOT GO HERE!I had used Automedics for over 4 years while they still were in their LTV location. Everything was fine....then they moved and it all went to hell!We took two cars there (one for servicing and a few part changes, and the other for part changes) and they did such an awful job on them, we returned both cars over 3 times to fix things that were never wrong with the car in the first place! One of the cars has never been the same to date.I dont know what the issue is - maybe new mechanics? Whatever it is, I highly recommend NOT taking your car there.

Unnecessarily expensive, took my car there, without accessing, 1st word that came out of one of the representative in branded polytron uniform is ; *CHANGE THE ENGINE* I was upset, knowing how expensive how car engines are. They told me engine is N360,000, got grade A engine for N200,000

I drove through traffic for an hour plus,to locate this place I was delayed for 4 hours only for the mechanic to insult me for bringing my cars for repairs,the customer service is very poor, online customer care is also poor had a very poor experience with Auto medics needs to train their staffs.
