Musician corner ventures are professional, I bought a left handed acoustic guitar at a bargain price but to my surprise the guitar had been restrung for a right handed player. I called the owner and he sent someone over to me to restring the guitar.

I’m leaving this review because of the high-quality customer service (which is extremely hard to come by in Lagos) I received from this company.I needed to purchase a guitar stand ASAP. I googled “Guitar stand Lekki” and shoutout to their SEO because they were the first company to pop up.I called them and asked if they had guitar stands in stock and they did. I’m giving them more points because their stand was more affordable than other ones I’ve seen previously. I asked them how quickly they could deliver the item and they assured me it would be same-day delivery.The company was very communicative with me via WhatsApp throughout the whole process. When the dispatch rider had left with my stand, they informed me. I lived pretty close to store, so I was expecting the stand in an hour or two.But this is Lagos, and nothing here is ever straightforward. The dispatch rider who was supposed to deliver my item in 2 hours or less decided to take his merry time and get to my house by evening without any remorse. And despite him being late and rude about it, he still expected me to pay full price for his delivery. I also believe the dispatch rider didn’t take me seriously when I was reprimanding him because I’m a woman, but I won’t get into that.This company made sure I didn’t pay full price for delivery and showed concern towards me when they didn’t have to. Many businesses in this state suck at customer service. To experience this level of care and attention from a commerce store is rare (based on my experiences).That’s why I’m writing this review. They officially have (and will hopefully retain) a new customer in me. Hopefully, they extend this amazing service to all their customers and this wasn’t just a one-off.I can’t wait to buy more gear from them.
