Very well maintained building especially for its age.

You have to come based on appointments, walk in-s are not allowed except for the atm stand. You wont even be allowed in to sit and wait for your appointment,everyone stands outside the building by the gate, your mask on and temperature checked.

This is the Head Quarters of the Union Bank Nigeria Plc. Housing 24 floors of office spaces, it encompasses all the units of the bank, as well as a full and cosy banking hall on the 2nd floor.

Lovely place to visit just to get a glimpse of what theyve done with the place.It should be noted that this review speaks strictly to the building and not to their services.

Excellent banking services

A beautiful branch of Union Bank at its Head Office. You can get everything done here, any banking transaction youd wish to carry out. Theres an Elite lounge here where customers can just sit and be served at their comfort and can even make tea or get juice from the fridge. Its really nice of Union Bank after the rebranding...now a simpler and smarter Bank. Thumbs up!

One of the tallest buildings on the Lagos Island CBD. It is the corporate headquarters of Union Bank with lovely greenery on the first level of the building. The entrance is very welcoming but parking could be a difficulty. Youd be required to use the paid parking facilities on the other side of the road.

A monument in the heart of Marina.Although its an old building, its still a beautiful site in the horizon, when you are going to Lagos Island via Third Mainland bridge.Its officially my tallest building in Lagos, trust me because I have been at the peak before (the view of lagos from the top was amazing).

There are over three Automatic Teller Machines ATMs on the ground floor for basic transactions as there is no formal banking hall in the premises. There are not enough parking spaces in case you are driving to the bank. There is no waiting room so as to discourage loitering. You would have to inform your host of your arrival. Every member of staff is friendly, approachable, relateble and valuable.

Corporate head office and definitely an old structure. Lots of lifts but few operational and old too. Fantastic view, towering the marina.

Almost excellent customer service and satisfaction, Accountable and respectful, with various means of helping their customers grow their businesses with provision of loan facilities for small and medium enterprises and professionals. Great target savings accounts with good interest rates amongst others.

The building in the picture is not Union Bank Building. That building is Nitel towers which is the tallest in Nigeria and West Africa due to the Tower on top of it. The union bank building is second to it. Please verify this information and correct your output so you dont misinform the public. Im someone who should know. Cheers. Tox

The review of this landmark project belong to our generation to do conscientiously, and marshal out the pros and cons, clinically reviewing the building performance index with the end users, the bank management, and ensuring a proper integration of the lessons learnt in order to appropriately add to body of knowledge, perhaps, future generations can have a foothold to do better and more enduring architecture.

Its a 27storey building, its kinda like tallest building on than lane, 24/7 ATM availability, deposit(envelope or counter) during the day.. the list goes on
