The parking space is really good and located inside the premises of the bank. Services are pretty fair and location is good too.

Although most first Bank in Lagos like to see a long queue of people waiting and frowning in their banking halls, this one is a little different, maybe because its in a highbrow area. Service here is fast, no long queue at the ATM and POS. They have good customer service here too and a parking space

Good customer service and responsive staff the customers complains. I had a complain which was resolved timely and they apologized for the inconveniences caused.

Am giving this First Bank Lekki Branch a 2 Star not based on the services they render, but based on the location.If driving, not problem, but if not, I have to treck Lekki gate to this First Bank Branch, and then treck back to gate before going to my destination within Lekki.

The staff are accommodating and well composed. The branch oozes class

Functional ATM most times. Ample parking lot

Fast service although like every other First Bank branch, it can be frustrating getting in there

It shows the right way like I havent seen before
