Located inside NNPC filling station with 3 ATM machines

Glad there was a number system for accounting for arrival order and chairs for waiting but customer service wait time was still long. Came at opening time but had to wait 3 hours before being attended to. And then I still have wait 7 days for my issue to be resolved. Disappointing.

Customer service is so poor!!! You need to train them well!!!

Its located inside the onado gas station. Its crowded most times. The ATM runs out of cash at night. Overall experience is good. Its a safe location to use the ATM.

Just that the crud here could scare someone. But the officials are providing excellent services.

Fast pace services, most responsive ATM in the area. Well courtesy staffs

Poor customer service - dirty environment around the ATMs, most of which are always faulty leading to unsatisfied customers
