This does not discribe any rateable item. Egbeda is a big town in Lagos state and to rate Egbeda base on my visit to a small part of the town may not achieve the points that Google map may want the public to know through this ratings. If it was mentioned as Egbeda market or Egbeda bus stop etc, the assessment would have been more focused and result oriented.

Not so nice

Egbeda is comfortable with a mix of residential and commercial area.There are seldom traffic every now and then which are being controlled by traffic warden around akowonjo road.

Traders need to be cleared off the road. Proper bus stop needs to be built for the commercial busses, bikes, and tricycles. They cause a lot of unnecessary traffic.

It has some nice estate and cool bars/lounges. The traffic though is crazy

Egbeda is a fast developing suburban town.it has markets, shops, hospitals supermarket etc. Could do better with cleaner environment.

The rain fell in Egbeda and traffic is developing because of the flood at Mycom area. Everywhere is peaceful so far.

Egbeda is one of the towns in Lagos State. A nice environment to stay and even do business.

Egbeda is very nice old and peaceful areaFrom Egbeda area you can easily get to iyana ipaja , ikotun, idimu, akowonjo, ikeja and so onAround Egbeda we have a gorverment school called alimosho senior grammar schoolAnd there lots of private school,tutorial lesson like jamb, waec , post utme and computer training center aroundIts very big areas that leads to gowon estate..And the road is partially and farely goodThere are also bars , hotels , shawarma vendor , eatery, shopping plaza , microfinance bank, church and many more around the areas.

Authorities should ensure all bad spots are repaired.Traffic officers should also be there at all times to control traffic and reduce traffic jam.
