Exceptional!!! Fantastic!!! Can love it less........ The buiding, the exterior and interior decorations, the securities, students and the facilitators are all great....
As the name implies, it is a school for musical proteges, prodigies and wannabes. It is arguably the best in Nigeria (Argue with other people). It was more or less a sightseeing experience for me. Had an event at the shell hall and I seized the opportunity to explore the surrounding. It is indeed a serene and beautiful environment. The love for nature is apparent once you step into the lush premises. The well manicured lawns, well loved flowerbeds and the superb art all around.
A wonderful place on Lagos Island to host events including live plays and seminars. Good and adequate parking with a serene environment.
Its a very serene environment and perfect place to learn Music.
Serene place with so much joy to offer for true music 🎶 fans and lovers of classical music.
Beautiful place to experience art and culture.
Muson is a very apt venue for art events. It has cool, quiet and clean environment.
Serene space, classy to hold events with the luxury to cater for magnificent events
Its because the place is very safe, conducive and neat they treat people nice and good
The great space in Lagos with acoustic theaters . Musicals come alive beautifully here.
It was a cool and great place, they good and conducive halls for great events
A fantastic place to see the creative expression of Nigerias best theatre performers. Also great place to host various events.
I love the serenity and neatness of MUSON centre environment.
Inspiring structures that can accommodate almost any kind of events. Inside each hall; there are good lighting, sound systems and a large podium for any kind of even ranging from wedding party, dinner, Film Festival and show, movie premiere and so on. Their staff are very accommodating. Check some of the beautiful edifice here
Their school of music basic school has professionally trained musicians as tutors
The great place for theatre productions, events and concerts.
MUSON still looks good and more importantly, sounds good save some maintenance work that needs be done I would have given it a five!
I watched Oluronbi. It was a very nice play
The MUSON Centre is located adjacent the very popular TBS, just about 3 minutes away by foot. It has an inscription ‘MUSON CENTRE’ at the entrance which makes it easy to identify. The setting houses about 3 blocks of which the AGIP hall which I visited for a conference on Autism organized by GTBank. The environment is very well lawned and is green, with a spacious parking lot. There is also an underground parking space, which helps declutter the environment from being overcrowded with vehicles during major events. However, the AGIP hall is not accessible to wheelchair users, as no ramps are in place to help their mobility. This may be the reason I did not see any guest on wheelchair in the hall. The hall is air-conditioned and quite capacious and can sit about 500 guests easily. The stage is also sizeable and we enjoyed a number of artistic performances like dances. It also has a modern system of lighting, that a section of the stage can be dimmed or lit, by choice.I was there for a conference and I did like my visit.
OMG THE MUSICAL.......Awesome experience. Not gonna forget in a giffy
Was there for a concert. It was great
Its a peaceful place full of trees and flowers
This place need to be invested in so we dont kill the purpose
Fun place!
Musical Society of Nigeria is indeed a prestigious school of music not only in Nigeria, but internationally. It is a school of music that carved out a niche for itself.MUSON has set the pace for other School of Music in Nigeria to operate. Theyve set the pedestal on which other music schools are upon. This school is located in Lagos Nigeria. It is politically located in the Lagos Island Local Government Area.MUSON Society of Nigeria has produced a lot of notable alumni some of which are Cobhams Asuquo, Ben Ogbeiwi, Onos Ariyoh, Dupe Ige Kachi and many more.MUSON Society of Nigeria possesses some sophisticated multipurpose halls which include Agip Recital Hall, Shell hall.MUSON is used by a lot of entertainers especially Musicians and Comedians as venues for their concerts and events.
I attended a recital and the acoustics was great!

Awesome school, exceptional instructors, top-notch facilities, and wonderful ambience. I would highly recommend you visit this awesome place.
It was a great experience, Nigerians are talented regardless the socioeconomic situation of the country and insensitive of the government.
It was great
Nice and conducive environment
I4 was wonderful
Well maintained. Entertaining activities. Concerts plays etc
It has a large event hall as well
Good venue for your Theatrical performance and other events. Good acoustic especially Agip Recital Hall.
Good experience
Went to watch a play in Shell Hall and it was uncomfortably cold.
They are enhancing their security settings
The arena was cool, the people friendly but could not use the place due to covid-19
Peaceful environment
Lovely place
Amazing place... Good venue for your next event
Ok
I loved the architecture and the concert held by mandila choir
This is a musical school for teaching of instruments and voice (theory and practical). The students are well taught and they in turn often offer coaching lessons to beginners. It also offers advanced teaching in music and it is an affiliate with the Royal Society of Music, London. The school usually organises concerts for the public and one of which is the Christmas concert in December of every year.It plays fine classical and jazz music that makes you feel heavenly. The halls are also open to the public for events and shows. It is strategically located in Onika, with close proximities to both the island and the mainland.
Best Conservatory in Nigeria. No caps!
The place is cool, there is a fountain close to the entrance when you come in through the gate. I attended the SHECANNIGERIA at the venue,my only issue is the rest room. It was not attended to during the event(waters on the floor, there was no tissue to use,the handwash was not in all the jars placed there). I think this should be looked into
Exotic facilities for various use, events, cinematography, concerts. Location is quite central in Lagos
Nice place
Its serene, cool and calm. Its a world class business and events centre
Scenes of melodies......
Best moments 😍
Although the place needs a lift however this is the home of classical music in Nigeria. I had the opportunity of attend a fundraising concert and it was goosebumps amazing! If you have an opportunity dont miss it!
Nice place
Nice
Great
Nice place
The Agip Hall Is Truly A Classical Setting.. It has s relaxing style to fit 400 persons comfortably. I was glad to have been one of their users last two months ago. Great sound system and security as well.
Fantastic
This place is fantastic. Looking for a perfect location to host a musical show and have lots of people in attendance? Then this is your best bet. The Halls here have great acoustics too. And it is equally a great place to see the talent Nigeria has.
Facilities here are standard and very well maintained. Theres available parking 🅿️ for guests inside the compound. Parking is free and there are security personnel to guide visitors. The theatre is pretty decent and well-ventilated. There are two entrances and two exits, so much easier to access the place from either the Marina exit or Military street.
Best seat out ever
Actually went there for MUSON exams. Its a well setup place
Lovely place to be
Its an event centre with different halls, the halls are very nice and have different capacity. Its located at a very strategic location with two (2) different gates. It also has parking space within the event centre and there is also a parking space opposite the event centre which can act as an overflow (thought am not sure if the even centre is the owner of the parking space).
I attended an open mic event here and it was fantastic. Will recommend for all upcoming acts and people who just want to try out their craft on mic in front of an audience. Goodluck!
Its was nice being to Musical Society of Nigeria
This is musical society of Nigeria popularly known as Muson centre. It is meant for musical training and musically related concerts. There are halls for events. This place is properly managed and maintained compared to other government offices/buildings within this axis. The security officers are cultured and neat. The beautification and fountain at the entrance to the gate would make you want to explore more of this place. They also have enough parking space.
Good and functional. Pleasant staff. Nice lawns. Classic building but maintained to an extent. Walls need to be dusted. Furniture should be refurbished. Apparently there has been recent investment in the air conditioning.
A great place for Musicology. It is undoubtedly a favourite for events. Its location gives it out as a choiced place to host events. It is located between the end of mainland and the beginning of Island Lagos.
This is a popular place for A-list events. It has ample space for several cars to park within its premise and there are other parking lot outside but are not free though. Every guest is subjected to being thoroughly checked before being allowed in. It is such a highly contemporary building with state of the art facilities within.
Was a really good idea to visit this place. Had a 2-day event here. Very nice surrounding and interior space. We had a good tin in both halls
Right at the heart of Lagos.Opposite Lagos city mall.Has ample parking space and several halls and conference rooms for events
The best place to get you and your child can get a quality music
An event center that hosts different types of event. The environment of the place is conducive and a good setting.
Its interesting to see how the Halls here are used and maximized. Ive been there for a Wedding, a professional event, a dinner, a theatre show. Its great for a theatre show and even a Cinema. The Agip Recital Hall is more for Cinemas and theatre shows while the other can be used for much more. Wedding etc.
Muson centre is not exactly what I thought it would be, but the experience was well worth it. Like every monumental place in Lagos, it sure needs a touch or two in aesthetics. However its still a great place to host your events and just enjoy the garden experience.
It represents what it is
