Great customer service I walked in to place my order and I was asked to come back for pick up, I suggested delivery and it was delivered for free I had to take a picture of the lovely lady , thank you Sarah I love my packages

I had contacted them asking if they could make a new frame with exact words that I wanted and they said Yes. I intended to place 3 frames together on the wall in 2 places.After several back and forth, they printed 2 frames portrait and 1 landscape, even after I returned it, they made the same mistake.The lady told me that it was how it printed.I suggest you go with whatever is on their page and not tell them to do something brand new for you.I was VERY disappointed.
