A nice structured lecture theatre with clean & conducive environment. It actually rented out for events. Can contain about 1500+ people. Also have it own sound system. It is not accessible.

Its just a lecture theatre but I think it can be rented out to external parties that need it for an event with complimentary benefits for students.The ceiling could be better maintained though.
