Neighbors largely mind their business too. All in all, its a great estate to live in.

Very Good Estate. I recommendHowever, something needs to be done about one of the Roads leading to (in and out of) the Estate such as Ajah Market, Addo-Badore Road. That road is full of pot holes and often congested. If you calculate the number of hours spent navigating to the Estate, you may not want to live there. Not befitting of a road leading to such a magnificent Estate.

This is one of the unique places to visit in Lekki area. Very serene environment, well secured (maybe due to retired military personnel living there). Spacious compounds and not densely populated. The downside to the place is the badly managed Addo road leading to the estate. Government lack of responsiveness is a general challenge in Nigeria. The estate is a good place to purchase property if you can afford it.
