Game is a wee bit different from the Game of old. High standards, professional and comfortable environment.. True Game style!However my recent visit failed to wow me.Ive been planning the re-visit for 2 years to the shop I crowned king of hobby tooling only to be disappointed.They neither had the tools I wanted nor filled the tools section with a myriad of options as they once used to.The odd thing though Is that theyve even started to look like other competitors selling baby supplies, groceries etc.Just my take.

Shopping centre with lots of small shops inside and 3 big department stores. Also u can find food court with 7 different brands and cinema on the 2nd floor. Cinema house having 4 regular and one VIP halls. Always busy and crowded place, lots of familys with kids on weekends and holidays. All-in-all - Great place to visit.

Game Stores is a place where you can trust the electronics you buy are of good quality. You are presented with a range of different brands for you to make a choice. You can also seek assistance of their sales staff for their opinion of good brands if you are not sure.One thing i have found since Game opened (over 10 years agos)and i started purchasing items from them is that the products they have are of very good quality and at an acceptable price. Sometimes you even get a particularly Good price that is lower than what you may get elsewhere.Happy Shopping.

Pros: Very spacious, comfortable temperature, properly labelled signs to show where you can find what, quite friendly staff that have good technical knowledge of the products to answer any question on the product. Very impressive return policy, with no frowns.Cons: while price tag of most items are on the shelves, some really smaller items do not have proper price tags on them, some products not on the shelves still have their price tags on the shelves which have new and sometimes a different product.

I cannot tell how much i love to shop here. First of all, if you are into DIYs, this is where you will get most of the equipment that you will need to help with that. Garage tools, Handy tools and all sorts of tools can be got here. This is what I love about this store. The first store Id every give a 5 on maps and heres a good reason - Customer service.They are brilliant at customer service; attendants around to help you find your way to what you need and happily doing it. Their return policy is off the charts. Less stressful with the customer service person showing willingness to help.About the range of products, it is from tools to groceries to electronics to sports to furniture, phew!! All Im saying is that the range is impressive!!My favorite supermarket for window shopping....dont judge me! LOL

Huge departmental store with a low price guarantee. They claim to match the lowest price you can get but I have seen them sell to the undiscerning customer at higher. Located in the Palms Shopping Center, Oniru, navigating through the toll gate traffic is a necessity. There is good parking space and a token payment for stats over one hour. The variety of food, beverage and household items makes this a great place to shop

They sold me a fake ps4 controller after bragging it was straight from the company, after a month of using it it wouldnt charge again. I dont recommend buying electronics from them

Apart from the fact that if youre unfortunate enough not to have car and happen to be carrying a laptop, automatically means youll be subjected to being searched like a known thief by the security men (entering the store and coming out), then I guess you can say Game is your average wholesale Shoprite-esq type of place. Their schmidt seems to be fashioned after a warehouse. Sha dress peng to avoid being disgraced by the security

Pretty much like any other departmental store. The only thing I really like about it are the educational toys they carry and the games and puzzles for adults. Apart from that, this particular store seems under-staffed and its really hard to find someone to help you with your purchase. Unfortunately, if you do get one around you, dont expect them to offer to help if you dont ask. Great for variety but nothing special 😑

Cool shopping centre

Its a big departmental shop with a vast range of products from household items to groceries to furniture and fridges. Quite organized too similar to shoprite without the food section.

This is actually world class. Needed to step beyond borders to appreciate them. Although needs to be more price-friendly.

Its a very neat and organized place, coupled with the fact that they are taking all the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19, being that its a public place.

It is one of the largest shop in Palms Mall. You most likely will get any household items there. There is plenty of parking space but you have to pay for parking in the mall. There are other decent attractions (restaurants, cinema and other shops) to explore in the mall

Game as a whole is a lovely place and a one stop Center to get all you need. I have never had and bad experience while shopping. Hiwever my husband bought something from Game. Unfortunately, he couldnt make use if the machine for too long because the machine started to spark and just would nt work well.I went back to Game with the receipt of payment and headed straight to the customer service/exchange desk. The lady was courteous and got someone to look into the issue for me. I expected him to ask what the issue was but when it wasnt forthcoming I called my hubby to tell him exactly what went wrong just few days after purchase.To my surprise I just did t see the guy again. I asked the lady where he was and she said he went in search of the guy who would handle the issue. I was there for about 30mins and none of the guys came back. The lady gave me a form to fill and said it would take 3weeks or less to have my machine back. I was shocked! 3 weeks! It wasnt even tested in my presence for them to see what the fault was and how to go about it! I was given a form! Well, i filled it and gave it back to them.At least 3-4 other returns were made while i was still there; some angry customers!1. Game should work on their customer service at the exchange desk2. All returned items should be tested in front of the client so both can understand exactly what the problem is and how to go about it.3. Customers like to be carried along especially if its for something they bought with their money but cant make use of which can be annoying.4. Game should pay more attention to their electronic/electrical items; which was what most of the customers returned while i was there.So, am keeping my fingers crossed, praying Id get that call to inform me that my machine is working well and ready for pick up ASAP. Already, av had to put a hold on the work I was doing. Time is money rite?Thank you

Have a good experience purchasing the right item. The attendant was quite helpful and friendly. The store is located in a mall with ampere parking space, and with lots of other good shops. The parking is only free for the first 0-59 minutes afterwards you are expected to pay depending on the duration.

There are no groceries or confectionaries here but you can get other household items, dog foods, electronics, biscuits, sweets, watches, cameras etc. Staff are quite helpful in pointing you in the right direction. However, its hot, stuffy and requires good air conditioning.
