Its OK, I buy appliances from them, although they need to stop scaring customers by rallying around and crowding them. Its almost like you have no breathing space in there.Asides that theyre really good.

Easy shopping

My favourite... the staffs are very polite and like to assist in helping you figure out what you want. No pressure, VERY POLITE. Separate staffs to help arranged your items in your car and they also have delivery services. So you can walk in purchase whatever and have them delivered. It saves me alot of stress.

The local staff are lovely, helpful and polite. The expat managers are horrible and arrogant. Very poor customer service.

Cool place with an array of household electronics. Parking space is available and security is good. Some of the staff need to be more polite. Went to ask if they sold chargers and the look one of the staff gave me was quite embarrassing. However another staff was helpful enough to direct me elsewhere.

I was able to find the sound system I was looking for here. There is a wide range of electronics here. There is also frequent price promotion that beats any other offering around here. This store is very easy to access and the prices are very competitive. I think there is the need to improve customer service because the staff that attended to us were not courteous and lacked product information for the sound system .
