Its a nice place. This is the place you can usually buy groceries in bulk, especially when its not so common to get it in other places. There are also tailor shops and cyber cafes you can patronize when necessary.

The small shops within the complex have very fair and reasonable prices than the Bar Beach Police Barrack market. Its also a great place for people of fashion because there are many tailors and fashion designers there.

This are a group of high-rise buildings facing the bar beach which is now Eko Atlantic city. The buildings have very amazing views of the lagoon from about the 3rd floor. Security here is good. There are a number of armed forces personnel residents here. The road leading here is very good. Good thing is that this place is only a few minutes drive from everything you want, spar, barbershop, salon, beach, bar, restaurant and even malls. This place also a popular residence among The international community. There are several wheelchair accessible parks.

It is a serene atmosphere. Great for creativity and family time out

Its a bit rundown due to our poor maintenance culture, the lifts in block 3 and 4 are not working so get ready to hit the stairs. Has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and its ok for nija Standard. But just cant understand why the fence was renovated while the main blocks are in need of an uplift but hey its the nija way.

Located opposite the former bar beach, the apartment towers is a ghost of itself. There are 5 towers of 12 floors. Most of the lifts in the towers are faulty and have not operated in years. Power supply is ok in most of the towers. Accommodation in the towers are restricted to the general public as it is residence for officers the Nigerian navy.
