An estate designed as block of flats in a 3-storey building. Rent is affordable and quite a small community that looks well managed.Secured with a gate and some security personnel manning the entrance. It is just off the major road so accessibility is not a problem. You can check it because I think they have a couple flats for sale and lease.

My guy lives here, not a bad place, considering it the place to be.

This is a lovely low income estate where you can be sure of peace of mind. The roads are tarred and access to the estate is via well tarred road too. For those looking for rented apartments also, Sunshine Estate is a place to be if its close to your work place.

Sunshine Estate is located within the Agege Local government in Lagos State.The Estate is easy to locate along the road between Abule-Egba, Abattoir axis to Agege.This is a residential Area with an organized security from the entrance. It is serene environment with minimal disturbance, as concerning noise pollution and crowd.

Sunshine Estate is a lovely resident Estate, located at Agege area of Lagos State. It has good access road, with good structures. Houses are owned by individuals, good security, it has good view. Located at Oke-Oba road Lagos. Its quiet and good for all classes of people.

This is a very standard estate on the old Abeokuta expressway,within its vicinity we have both private and government schools,we have churches so close,and abattoir market ,were you can shop for your meat ,there is 3_4 shopping complex around this estate,there is the prognosty pharmacy and their new supermarket.the estate is well planned and built,with parking space,no wheelchair access there is 24hour security check everyday, rent is on the high side considering the strategic location of the estate,50naira you connect the Lagos Bus rapid Transport straight to oshodi ,Ikeja etc fast
