Just cool... Some set of apartments, high rise... Parking, security.

This was a short stay rental experience from hell! Worst experience ever.The pictures online are not an accurate depiction of the state of the apartment.I was frustrated by the management (Damac Ville/Benjamin) for the G1 and G2 apartments. The property is damp, smells damp with mould on the walls, roach infested and suffers poor network signals (cockroaches literally lived inside the microwave). I had to step out of the apartment each time I needed to make a call. Management is slow to take action once you make a complaint. They promised internet but failed to deliver. Power runs out on the electricity card every other week and you could be in darkness for hours (terrible if you work from home). It takes about 3 days (if you’re lucky) for them to sort out exhausted internet data. They literally ignore messages and calls and leave you stranded. I ended up leaving before my due date because my messages and calls were ignored and service were no longer provided.Don’t believe me?
