I have been suffering from fatigue and oversleeping for a few years, so I decided to go for hijama hoping it would be of help and I can say that it was very helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, I was almost dosing off during the session, and Sister Basheerah was very homely with a warm and friendly persona. After the session I felt very energetic and rejuvenated, I would have pounded yam if I had a mortar, thats how energetic I felt, it also corrected my sleep and I no longer sleep too much. Alhamdulillah.

Hijama was definitely God sent, I have felt clear headed, the pain in my knee that made me limp has definitely subsided, when I wake up in the morning I feel ready to take on the world unlike before the hijama session, I became easily tired, doing chores and driving became really difficult.I cant wait for my second session.
