Typical of all airlines affected by covid restrictions,there was no usual long queue of clients waiting to do one thing or the other.Simply walk in and be attended to within a short time.

This is the first and only airline company(Ethiopian airline Lagos Nigeria) I know that never answers calls. I have been calling for the past 3 days at different intervals all 5 numbers listed on the web, but just rings and no answer. I have never flown this airline, called to make enquires and book a ticket, but customer service rep says a lot about a company so Ill take my business elsewhere. My advice is to employ staff that are ready to work and answer calls, my second advice is dont post phone numbers that wont be answered on the web to represent your company, shows the level of incompetence and how much you care less about customers.

Great airline making Africa proud. But the office is a bit old fashioned. Lots of space for customers. Need some redesign, better seats, layout and wall design for a better experience.

Not as busy and hectic as I thought. But staff at counters could use some manners and courtesy. Upon arriving it is upstairs on the first floor. The security will give you a ticket number. But the staff don’t even call out numbers. They just ask you to sit so you have no idea on how long to wait. After getting a change in ticket. The cash counter person was super rude. This is not like flying on their plane, where the attendants are super kind and friendly.

Incredible service from the team. They were helpful in ensuring that the issue with my ticket was fixed and they served me warmly and with a sense of problem-solving. Parking is quite tight as this is VI and the offices typically have small lots. If need be, park on an adjacent street.

Worst customer service experience even by Nigerian standard. Extremely useless staff. They always drop the phone on you mid conversation. The manager of this place should try to call and see how awful and utterly useless his team is. I have been trying to get help for over 24hours

Saw an online price, booked and went to Ethiopian airline office to pay, the person that attended to me saw a better price but when it got to time to pay, was told that I am to pay almost double of the price I saw online because their sister airline didnt agree to the price. My question, didnt the sister airline agree to price before displaying online?
