Nice chartered airline and it takes off at concord hanger. No snack is shared on the flight tho...lol... They take direct flights to bonny island but like I said its a chartered flight.

Dornier is one of the private airlines in Nigeria that complies with COVD-19 protocols. Increased timeline for check in enables proper temperature check and use of alchol-based sanitiser by all passengers. Just that Dornier ought to up the game by having automated wash hand basin located at its gate for all incoming passengers.

Highly serene environment and good work force

The check in and baggage inspection area was crowded, they need to consider a review to avoid a spread of Covid-19 during this time even though sanitizing bags and hands is going on but number of working staff is much from my opinion

The air conditioning system needs a complete overhaul! For a private air company, maintenance is very poor.

This more into private and company services. They provide air services. Smaller aircrafts that can land in airstrips. The terminal building is very small and not cozy. There is to improve for the comfort of your customers while waiting for to takeoff or while waiting to pick up their luggage. There is no spacious car park to pick and drop.
