Arik air is not reliable. They delay your flight without apologies. Their customer service at the airport is something else. The airline appears to have financial issues which sometimes affect their day to day operations. If you are going somewhere you need to be on time, consider flying a day before or way earlier to avoid disappointment.

Average customer experience. The services need to be made better. Better booking and flight management experiences should be delivered.

Horrible airline. Extremely poor services and appalling customer service. They should be sanctioned for treating customers with so much apathy and disdain and ultimately failing to render services that they have been paid to do without tenable reasons and refusing to refund customers funds in addition to the inconvenience they have caused the customer

Superb Customer Service from the Lady

Terrible staff attended to me here, first they were late, then claimed no internet in the office. Never asked me what I needed, just told me to wait because the bank staff was late. Not the first time either. Would rather go by bus than use Arik again.

They delayed our flight for over 6 hours!
