Very unprofessional customer service reps. We were about 6 people with numbers waiting to be attended in orderly fashion when a lady walks in. She was in a tight dress and somewhat attractive that the male attendants lost their composure. They had her skip the line and attended to her whilst we sat and observed the mess. Coming from the west where such nonsense is not condoned, i got up and ranted on and on and requested to see the manager. They refused and boy...I lost it and caused a scene. I never bought a ticket at that office again and switched to KLM and Royal Air Maroc. Buying my tickets overseas or online. I was very disappointed.

Very unprofessional team with arogant behavior. Not answering emails.Thanks for your updates on the August repatriation flight but when i answer and send the excel AF form back to you just after receiving the email with available date, i dont receive any answer.(1) My wife and 3 children are French citizens.(2) My visa is a family stay visa. Im going to France to live with my family.(3) I have my KLM flight ticket I have bought before the lockdown.I ask to buy a new ticket if is that one the problem but still no answer.My wife is sick over there and have nobody to help her with our 3 Children.Is very frustrating to not be able to help her.I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED AND NOW WILL TELL EVRYBODY TO NEVER BOOK WITH AIR FRANCE KLM.

Immediately you step into this ticketing office, it evokes the beginning of a journey no matter where that destination may be. Clearly as a mega carrier, Air France KLM Ticketing office has been packaged to deliver memorable travel experience from the get-go. The experience never ceased to strike a cord - knowledgeable and helpful coterie of people primed to deliver on promise.

Serene environment

I was answered promptly, the staff was helpful in explaining some my questions, have a zenith bank booth where payment for air tickets are made.

Before this Lagos island office was great, well managed and maintained, the staff well professional, but my last visit show a lot of deformation in service and availability of staffs for assistance and questions. The flying blue service is about eliminated and assistance in staff helping to check some few days for price check is gone so if you cant use web you may not get good price from them.

I had the worse experience today. One hour of my time wasted waiting to be attended to. They were busy sharing drinks and food! If it’s time for lunch go for lunch and stop doing that right in front of your customers ! Pretty sure they have a canteen . Make use of it !

Office is easily to locate. Queuing ticket available but not put to use. Though not a very busy place yet you could spend more time than expected as staff seemed not very time conscious and leave you wondering if they are aware customer is waiting...

Coming here can be a task. I had planned spending just fifteen minutes maximum, here. I ended up spending well over an hour.When we get here, we are given numbers, which ensures people are attended to as they arrive but they were a lot of people on ground, already.Also, the customer service is definitely not top notch, although, I cant complain as they werent exactly rude but polite words were not put to use.

The web search info says they open weekends. Not true. Its a regular monday to Friday thing.They are located in a cool building with working elevators and great atmosphere.Visitors parking for this building is on a side road which is not convenient, so you might want to alight right upfront if you have a driver or companion.They offer great ticket packages, so I strongly recommend patronising them.There are about 4 customer service representatives on ground to attend to your enquiries and also help with bookings. They are a tad friendly but never ready to go the extra mile to assist you.Their phone lines are not reliable as you can be kept on hold until the call is lost or you get frustrated.All in all, its ok
