Wanted to buy an equipment really quickly to travel with but i was not too close. I called for four hours for a price so i could ask someone to pick up. Even though i sent specification of what i wanted plus a picture to customer care, i didn’t get a quote ( she insisted on mailing it). Called severally to remind her, nothing.

I would give a zero star if that was available.Bertola has had my schools riding mower since October 2019. They dont communicate nor do they do the repair. We have gone there thrice to speak with them to no avail! The mower is still with them, unrepaired, as I write.They have refused to release the mower to us stating that we must pay the balance for a job they didnt do.

I had an amazing customer service and all the tools you need or will need are readily available. I was only disappointed to find out that their prices are hiked (doubled). I confirmed this when i visited a similar store to Bertola just after I purchased my items. You guys need a price review, till then i will do my machine tools shopping elsewhere.

Bertola machines are totally unprofessional, don’t bother buying machines from them with hope that they would provide service afterwards, because they WILL NOT!!!I bought a machine that got bad within 6 weeks of purchase. They offered no warranty and insisted I pay for the service. I pay for the service and 2 months later, I am still waiting to get my machine fixed. In all of this. I have not received a single call from this so called company. I call several times to get information and have visited venue sever times. Still no solution. Please do yourself a favor and keep your money instead of buying there.
