This is the administrative campus of the university. Faculty of Education, faculty or administration, faculty of art, faculty of law and postgraduate school are located in this branch or the campus. This campus has no hostel facility for students, so students are forced to rent a apartments outside the campus.The school offers both part-time and full time postgraduate programs and the fees is a little bit on the high side, but moderate for a state University situated in Lagos.The environment is clean and study/lecture facilities are okay.

Lagos State government has really done well to improve on the school generally and have made the school more conducive for learning but need for more hostels facilities, to minimize the off campus life which exposes students to lots of dangers and stress which affects their concentration on studies.

The school is improving by the day both academically,morally,and technology wise.
