Good structure, fairly neat, old, cheap, good human relation but needs upgrading or reinovation

Nice hotel, quite and serene. Lacks outdoor recreational facilities.

A very nice, cleaned place and have securitys with good human relations and respect but poor and inadequate toilet facilities,there is need to separate mens toilet from that of Women and expand it.

The walls are dirty and need to be painted. Some facilities need to be upgraded. Otherwise, it is a great hotel, for someone looking for cheap accomodation. The staff are welcoming and the rooms are neat. They have some complmentary services that are commendable.

I love the fact that pounded yam is available here. The food generally is nice. They however dont have round-the-clock power supply which is one thing every guest requires.

Their customer service was excellent. Although it was a little high, considering its in the north but they are good. Their restaurant is fast serving and compared to other hotels, the person taking your order doesnt sound like theyre angry with you. All in all, they were gracious

Popular, but rather run down.. Dont like the area either. The rooms are okay.. Electricity is generally an issue in Katsina and with the heat 🤐🤐🤐🤐.. The Hotel does make an effort to make you comfortable. Security seems fairly good, but I didnt like the surrounding streets. The place needs an urgent coat of paint and some refurbishing, but its manageable.

I totally loved my stay here. Very peaceful, clean and quiet. It is also close to some of the big malls in the state. Good customer service. The staff at the reception were so helpful and one of them even remembered my name which was a very kind thing. I would recommend Al Bhustan as a good accommodation in Katsina compared to the other hotels available.

Very good CSOs with immediate & positive response to customer needs. Notwithstanding, the hotel`s menu list should be updated as some good dishes that are available @ the kitchen could not be seen in the list; only by luck i remembered to inquire wether a i could get a certain dish and wich i intantly got. Again, liquid freshners should readily available in rooms.I thank the mgt for making my stay in Kasina a loving and living memory.Umar A. M.

This place is very close to my residence and security conscious very secured.

They even have free WiFi!...you should stay here whenever you are in katsina. Its clean, steady power, delicious meal...lemme stop here!

A good place to stay as its close to the central market in case one wants to do some shopping.
