MGS LTD(SAMSUNG SHOWROOM) is where i go when it comes to best and original electronics you can find any household electronics there ranging from TV of different Specs and sizes and also Refrigerators, Cooker, Heat extractor etc.

This is very bad service! I spent a coming and going back just to get my phone. Its insane they open whenever they feel like and worj whenever they feel like it. No stucture to the wait its really a very terrible place and service

This is a good place to resolve most technical issues with Samsung products. It is easily accessible as it is located along a major and very popular road. The personnel are very welcoming and customer-friendly as well.

Entrance to the service center which is at the back is very very toxic!!! The walkway to the back through the side is partially enclosed and filled with fumes from their Generator!! I am really worried for the security personnel who has to sit there and attend/give directions (he also supervises the signing of the register)to customers.Inside the reception is very nice and OK. Their service and attendance also very professional.

They offer friendly customer services. When ever you bring in your device for repair, you are highly unlikely to get it between the 3-7 days you are told it would be ready because they have to place an order for whatsoever it is that needs to be fixed in any device you submit to them for repair. They dont stock this products because the firms engineers tend to steal the parts and sell them to people outside for their personal pocket. However, shipping the parts ordered for too takes about a week or two as its not only one part they plan to order for.In conclusion, the wait is always worth it when it takes a while before your devices is done.

It is an authorized service center for all Samsung devices. Regarding purchase of any Samsung device be sure to ask if its available as most times they are out of stock. They have terrible members of staffs that in all fairness and firmness do their job. Dont expect then to smile. Fero mobile service center is temporarily in the same premises. Their services are quite expensive and takes way too long to deliver.

Nice to have a service center for Samsung. Got my phone replaced in a week. Customer service needs grooming here. Tops up for the checks from SA to know if I got my phone. Samsung is big market in Nigeria so more of centers like this are needed.

One star because I couldnt leave the rating blank. Please save yourself the stress and go to another service centre. They will kidnap your phone for ages and stop taking your calls. And you might have to cry and make a scene to get your phone back. Horrible service, would not recommend if it were the last repair centre on the planet. Everyone is a liar, down to the security personnel who is also paid to tell lies on their behalf. And they treat people with complete nonchalance. Youre better off going elsewhere.

Great Staff but poor service from Samsung to Nigerians, personally had issues claiming warranty on a Samsung S8 less than 5months old for a software error issue not an hardware issue because phone is still clean as a brand new one.

Fero Phones was housed here, and Fero Phones were the worst thing to ever happen to Nigeria Telecom industry. Fero just brought a bunch of terrible phones and sold to us. Samsung shouldnt have housed them in their building.

The customer service here is terrible. All their phone lines are not working. My phone has been with them for repairs abt 2 months now. I was told Ill get it back in 7 working day that theyll call once its done. Since then ...Nothing. I was there on 24th this month the security told me theyre closed to come on 27th. Went there on 27th still no one to attend. Their office was lock. I met other customers there complaining bitterly, were told theyll open on 6th Jan.I think thats really unfair, You guys are driving people nuts! At least the phone lines should be working!!!

Worse still, the Ikoyi location is a collection center and the repairer takes your phone to his home in the evening so he can take it to the Opebi branch the next morning where the actual repair is done.
