Lovely place to eat good food in Kano that will not make your stomach go crazy. I had never heard of this place before but when i ate there i was hooked. The location is in Sabon giri area and well most people know it. Adequate parking. Lots of choices of meals. It is quite busy but you will find a place to sit. I have had jollof rice, vegetable soups and my favourite is the vegetable salad. Very reasonable prices as well. The waiters are quite nice and listen to you well. They are very attentive considering alot of people come in to take orders. Their drinks stands are always cold. Decor is good and mosr times place is cool, considering Kano is hot most times of the year. I mostly eat here when i am in Kano.

Igwes Palace as a eatery does not have a palatial atmosphere and look, it looks like any other regular restaurant. Nevertheless, the food and service are partially served.I have only 3 choices whenever I am in Kano and we drive to Igwe palace, the full tilapia fish, or the moi-moi ( one moi-moi ) can fill fill a regular stomach.One of my colleagues, who ate the oha sauce said, the good was well cooked, but missed the coco yam thickening effect, looks like they used an industrial thickener.One thing for sure, I dont mind driving over 20km to eat from Igwes palace.

This is one of the best restaurants in Kano State Nigeria. You are assured of good and health meals on a daily basis. The owner of the restaurant has dedicated her time and resources to the business. It is a fast growing restaurant and the future looks bright for this restaurant.

Food is great, service is fair, based on acceptable Kano standards. But its not clean nor air-conditioned.If you are buying on the go, I would say its wonderful especially if you are sending someone else to buy for you.

Best food I tasted after spending two days in kano and eating tasteless or salty food in different places. The traffic along the road that leads to this place in evenings cannot deter me from getting dinner from here daily.

They have sweet wide variety of local n continental gourmets that can make choosing a meal difficult. Also a nice place to meet up with people, lots of nice people come around often.
