As far as I am concerned, the bitmas is doing well in terms servicing the customers, but the only thing is that, they increased the price of their products and at the same time reduce the sizes of it, we as a NIGERIANS know the changes price of commodities that usedskyrocketed,but they supposed to maintain the quality and the quantities of their products if the price will be increased, that is the only thing I can say.

Very good bread with neat environment

I was driving along Zaria road and decided to get some ice cream. Someone suggested Bitmas.It was my first time at the bakery.The bakery has a moderate parking space and it is not difficult to locate. The outer color and signboard will naturally get your attention.I loved the reception at the gate. Also, the doors (2) are automatic. Good for a COVID pandemic.I had 5 different flavors for #1,500. Thats moderate pricing.They also sell all forms of snacks you can imagine.I couldnt get any sit. I believe that it is also due to the COVID restaurant policy within Kaduna.The ambiance was great.The temperature was also moderate.I had a warm experience.Plus, TAT was just right.

The security man was rude. They werent letting people in without nose masks which was understandable, but the attitude with which he said it was ridiculous. Other eateries have some at the gate so one can buy before entry, or even offer to take your order and being to the gate. But there was nothing of that nature.

On the outside the have another stand where you can buy pizza, sharwama, chicken and chips different kinds of drinks smoodie, ice cream and a whole lots more.Its a place most people come with their family you can also come with friends just to sit eat and have fun.Try bitmas today I bet you wont be disappointed

Bitmas bakery was lovely, perhaps its the number one selling bakery I know in Zaria. They have varieties of floured product that would blow up your mind and their taste is just too exceptional, you dont really anyone to tell you does products were baked out of love. And less I forget its a nice place to catch your brunch on the go...
