Customer friendly...Has a pool, an pretty standard rooms, they can work on a lot...But an overall beautiful experience

Customer relations- zero.Cleanliness-zeroThis has to be the worst hotel Id stayed in...for the kind of service they offer its ridiculously expensive.Knowing that the intercom doesnt work in the absence of electricity, they put off their generator despite having guests in the rooms. One has to come out to the reception to get something done or delivered. The bathroom needs extra cleaning (by the way the buckets need to be changed). The room needs extra cleaning as well. The fridge is dirty and rusted.The beds are not properly laid....oh well! That was about the only hotel I could get that night and I needed to sleep.Definitely wouldnt recommend.Its location is good, with better management, Im sure it would turn out better!

The hotel service is cool.The location of the hotel is well placed, with a very good environment.Theres a gym services in the Hotel. Good for recreation. Wedding reception and more beautiful services.

I enjoyed Lissa Palms, the food was great, customer service was welcoming, the scenery and aesthetics were cohesive especially with the choice of wood color for the furniture and the furniture design itself. I planned to spend one day and I spent two days instead. I would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy an exciting but affordable environment.

Lisa Palms Hotel is a normal hotel in the city of Kabba, Kogi State. Theres nothing fantastic about it.

Beautiful hotel very classy and clean. 24 hours light, hot water, top class rooms and a.c BUT no food 😱😭😭we came in at 8.30 and they said restaurant closed. By 7 in the morning they said the cook is not coming today . No dinner no breakfast . Marred my experience

Bathroom didnt drain water, there was no dinner served, only garri was left as at 7:30pm. Room badly lit only 1 bulb out of 5 was on. I wont be here again!

Serene environment with very little noise pollution and disturbances at night. Quality structure and furnishings as well. Guaranteed supply of electricity through the night, but generator is scarcely run at daytime, maybe due to the fuel issue this december.
