This is a relaxation spot in a strategic location in Jos where the seat of the Government House is located.

Dress warm when going there as it can get really cold. Speed boat rides are provided here at N500 and you pay entry fees at the gate too - N200 per head..

I love the place because its calm n quite also only the matured minds can be there. No alcohol and you can also sail with the canoe because there is a large water stand there which makes the place beautiful.

A very good natural nice place, very good for relaxation or a time out with family and friends. Ive known this place over 20 years and each time Im here I always enjoys the fun of it. Sometimes we organized party here and lot of people usually comes here. However, that place needs a lot of face lifting to deliver more services to us who frequently comes to this cool natural delightful lake resort.

Speed boats were faulty. The environment was boring, few of the staffs were really nice. The Nunu Smoothie is really good! The management has a lot to do with that place, lots of potential.

Its really a beautiful place. The place has a very good look. There is provision of Boat that one may decide to hire it to go into the water. They sale Roasted fish and different kind of drinks. They host events like birthdays. The place is really nice.

For a place on such strategic location, with a great view and a known name, rayfeild resort falls below standards in aesthetics and quality of service. The rest room is an eyesore, the boats are in bad conditions and it takes forever to get a meal. The security staffs at the gate are nice and welcoming though.

Who could have known that this magnificent resort would be in Jos. The water is man-made but absolutely gorgeous. To have a trip here will certainly open your eyes to see more of the Norths beauty! definitely a must go when planning a holiday in Nigeria.

Rayfield Resort: Has much potential but very few of them is being utilised.It offers a good number of outdoor activities. You can have outdoor picnic with friends, where you can bring your food and drinks and fruits or whatever else catches your fancy. There are huts to accommodate your group of friends. We were five when we visited. We brought our food and drinks and fruits.We had speedboat rides at #400 per head.Gate fees is #300 per head. And thats all you have to pay to stay for as long as possible.Thats about all there is to the Resort.The resort can be made more attractive with government or private investments. This place has got the potential.

Most of this place has not been renovated for over a decade, since it was built. It is still a good place to grab a drink and enjoy the lake.
