I enjoyed every bit of my stay here asides the fact that the food was a complete waste of money salty and rubbish. I ordered for fried rice and chicken.the rice soaked water and was extremely salty that I couldnt eat it. The chucked was cut into tiny bits of bones.I regretted ordering for food here and wasting my money. Asides that the staff are very clean and polite, hotel is sparkling clean, equipped with water heater, ac, a reading table and chair, visitors chair, TV, nice bed for two, intercom, fridge and a wadrobe. Nice towels and toiletries too were in the bathroom. Its a safe place to bring young kids. It has a wheelchair accessible parking and entrance and the place is really safe and secure. I will come here again and refer to family and friends but I will never eat here again

I will definitely never return to this hotel. I placed an order for breakfast (simple chips and coffee) and I was told that it would be ready in 25 minutes. Two hours later, with seversl calls to the kitchen, the food was not ready.I came down again to the reception and met one other guest complaining about the delay in his food.This place is a total disaster. I couldnt wait to get out of the rubbish called Dimples....

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. First night ac didn’t work. Mosquitoes buzzing around all night. I got sick from the food. The restaurant is empty and dirty.But worst of all when we were leaving we had paid with transfer. They claimed they didn’t get the alert. We showed them proof from our bank that the money had left the account. They then refused to let us leave. So we had our bank account manager call them. They insisted they take us to the banks. Even after confirming from our bank branch in jos the money had left they STILL refused to let us leave. The manager acted with such arrogance and ego. It was only after the intervention of our attorney and friend of the manager they finally agreed to let us leave. This is probably worst abuse of power and customer service I’ve ever seen from a hotel. They delayed our trip by over 3 hours and we missed appointments in abuja.I certainly will never be staying here again and I would encourage anyone who expects reasonable customer service to stay far away from this place
