Such a terrible experience in this place. No light in an hotel!!! And the ac was just making sounds, no air at all. By all means, avoid this place if you like luxury because you definitely can’t get it. Wasted money.

Very horrible experience at this Hotel. We arrived and had to remain in darkness for a long time, no power. It took so long for the generator to come on. The rooms were very dirty with Cockroach on the floor. The food in the Restaurant was terrible. All round service was bad. Had paid for 2 Executive Rooms for 2 nights through Hotel.ng but it was unbearably bad that we had to ask for refund for the second since it was impossible spending another night there. This was since November 2018. We have repeatedly asked for our refund but the Hotel has failed to refund us about one year and a half now. I wi ll never recommend this place to anyone. It is a nightmare!!!

The luxury is fun and enjoyayable

Nice facility with gym and swimming pool but poor management and customer service.
