Food prices is a plus, food quality is OK but not great, customer service is really really bad.I think the owner should consider updating their standard operating procedure (SOPs) and also do an orientation for the staffs.The environment is excellent, interior design and decorations are out of this world.They have like a kiddies section for kids.And the menu is diverse with lots of options.If you are in Ilorin this is one of the decent places to eat.So four (4)star.

Nothing special for a name so special... Its just a basic restaurant serving very basic foods, no special thing on the menu. Convenience facilities a poor 1 rating. The place is still quite new though. So if youre just looking for a place to eat no problem but if youre thinking of a distinct experience dont waste your time....The Extra one star is for the cozy seating spaces.

I gave Charcoals 3 stars because, although the dishes were relatively cheap, their customer service wasnt so good, the food wasnt so tasty too. The light went off and there was no backup power source on a pretty hot day. The interior design did make up for it a bit tho. I also like it because it has a separate restaurant for kids and also a playground, so its a cool place to take your kids for a playdate. Overall, it wasnt a totally bad experience but I doubt Ill be going back anytime soon.....

Going through their reviews now, I noticed the same thing I experienced. Nice serene, nice food but absolute worst customer service... The face is not everything, employ qualified employees. A customer service officer hissing and staring at a customer is the height of it.

I got fried rice and chicken, but could not get other rice varieties like coconut rice. Price is moderate but not as cheap as conventional eateries. Very beautiful and nice interior and exterior environment.

They sell yummy suya and pastries generally though their ice cream maker seems to have a mind of its own on two occasions we have to wait an extra time ,,if more orientation is done for the staffs and a little for attention paid to customer service it would be at a topmost best fast food around town here in ilorin, they have the space and all.
