Over the years innovations have been crafted into their operations. It attracts lots of commuters especially those travelling to long distances. There are covered spaces for commuters and good booking services. Parking here is also free.

Kwara Express has good and affordable buses for traveling. The buses ply the major routes in Nigeria from Ilorin. You can travel to most of the state capitals within the country at affordable prices.

This is the Ilorin station from where vehicles take off to different parts of the country. The place could do with a little face lift.

Pretty cheap since its government owned, they dont depart until 6am and sometimes the first buses going to Lagos is usually full due to people who reserve sit a day before, drivers are careful and nice too, overall my experience at Kwara Express was good and Id travel with them again and again

Kwara Express is an inter-state bus park with the intention to be well organised and carefully planned with prudent staff, but instead has some of the tackiest staffs in the world with bad work ethics. Yes, theyll give you quality service but itll almost be as a compensation for the troubles youll go through to enjoy those services. Thats after paying anyway.

They have buses to most major cities in the country. It is best to visit there beforehand and confirm bookings. I was disappointed when I went there to board Lagos-bound vehicle, only to be told there was none. I had to find other means that morning.However, this is a more trusted interstate transport services. This should be preferred than roadside buses.

It is also rumoured that the drivers have a specified and regulated speed limit, hence traveling with them will rid you of the fear of over speeding.

This is among the few transport companies I have given negative reviews. 1. They dont keep to time. Always more than 1 hour late from their departure time. 2. They need to improve on their management. 3. They charge very high prices for luggages and even persuade you to pay for seats for your luggages. 4. You wont feel comfortable inside the bus as its overloaded with goods.My suggestion: All the money charged for luggages, calculate it and know how many seats it can pay for , give the luggages seats and allow your passengers feel comfortable. Then assign the remaining passengers to a new bus. I believe they can still improve

Spacious enough for a transportation business with good cars but poor customer service

The attendants are usually late. The registration area is clumsy. The boarding area is untidy and there are delays before travelling. However, the safety record is good & you will get a bus provided you turn up early as 5.30am
