Slowly developing community, d closest to university of Ilorin. more of students and locals stay here. power supply is epileptic and d only source of water is borehole.considering the inflox of students,this community is multicultural and has a higher chances of development when compared to neighbouring communities.

Good mosque. You dont need to bother about water as water is always available. minimal space but you can use the extension outside if the inner is filled up.

Was fun... Lived there for four years during my undergraduate years, Ill advise anyone seeking admission in the university of Ilorin to rent an apartment there... Its pretty cool

This is mostly a student environment with rough and closely knitted houses and roads. It is however, the closest community to Unilorin.
