Customer Service here is zero! They dont have a system for adequately responding to customers, till this day, Ive not been able to upgrade my sim, na to buy another network sim card that already has 4G.i spent hours at the 2 MTN offices I went to and I wasnt attended to.

I love this place because it is easy to locate and the services here are superb. Though the place doesnt have a spacious parking space yet it is a nice place.

MTN certified center for welcome back (retrieving lost sim), PUK issues (sim block) among other issues. Requirements are: ID CARD (one of National ID Card, International Passport, PVC, Drivers License) and SIM PACK. If you dont have a valid ID card or sim pack, you have to obtain an affidavit at a high court.

Visit when you have any complain concerns your Mtn line. Besides, you will have to come with extra patient when coming. Those staff can be frustrated at time. But all issue you bring along will not follow you back home.
