3 stars because of the level of facilities especially in the rooms. Even though theres an event center, a restaurant, and ample parking space.The food is fairly okay. The service is good and the attendants are smartly dressed.The location is also strategic, close to the High Court and Federal Secretariat.These are my observation after just one night.

They are claiming the level that is not theirs. I will add up pictures of some of their rooms to show you that it is not all what they posted here. There are actually rooms in really bad conditions. I advice they advertise their real level, they can get customers of their own, no need to lie about their status on the net to attract people falsely. Additionally, food is expensive.

Asides the old infrastructures like ceiling fan, wooden door, no shower. Its a really nice hotel.It came with a complementary breakfast.

The place has 24-hour light. The location is good. They have good and courteous workers

Good location. Service was not bad.There was no intercom service.The floor tiles needs to be worked on, also the rest room was not neat enough.

Good customer service,clean rooms with good maintenance,WiFi is available but the gym wasn’t in good shape at the time.They have a rooftop lounge and proper security too.

The passage is so narrow I barely fit in, the TV in the room wasnt working, and the bathroom could barely contain me. Though I opted for the cheapest room but Ive seen better services and places for the same price

A quite decent hotel with standard amenities. Free wifi and different types of rooms. Helpful staff and nice environment. There is also a restaurant which serves good food. Seem quite secure. Parking for vehicles are free as there is ample parking spaces. Although not on a main road, the direction from the Fate road is helpful.

E-phoenix hotel is located at GRA part of ilorin and its junction is adjacent NTA which makes it easier to locate. Its having another along the road close to tanke junction. They have a very cozy environment with a hall for events plus, their rooms are affordable with its location and facilities. You can book ahead but if you have any reason to cancel the booking, you would lose 20% of your booking which I guess its somehow expensive. Why not 5% and make life better for lodgers. But they have nice services
