Nice structure and environment. Really rigid on pricing and reluctant to give discounts. And if you eventually get a discount, complimentary breakfast is cancelled. Takes time for them to attend to issues and some basic things like hot water is most times a challenge. Restaurant food is good and inexpensive, also deliver on time.

Horrible service. Huge bed in a relatively small space. Water wasnt draining properly after using the shower. My request to change rooms couldnt be granted, saying I just checked in. There was only one person working on night duty, thats not okay in hospitality business. Bedspread and duvet were filthy. Noticed that late in the night and nothing could be done because housekeeping had closed and there was only one person on duty!. Ended up not getting any sleep. There are better hotels in that city with lower prices.

Nice reception area but thats where it all ends. Bathrooms in guest rooms look like an after thought. Restaurant doubles as a club and that just doesnt work for me.

Nice hotel but the staff are not helpful at all. Even gateman slept so deeply that you have to horn badly only for someone at reception to come wake him up.

Nice ambiance, extremely courteous staff, way better than the one in GRA .enjoy working out at the gym.thw gym instructor is a nice, friendly and patient young man. But the parking space is small and there is no swimming pool. But aside that the hotel is dope. Oh I almost forgot to mention the penthouse bar so dope.

Stayed in the hotel for two nights during my Christmas vacation to Nigeria in 2016.The new hotel was still under construction at their annex at Fate road.The rooms were neat and customer service was perfect with adequate security .Their gym was excellent.But the water pressure on the 2nd floor was very low.There was no hot water bath with just 1 towel and no face towel.The price shouldnt be as high as that because of the absence of all the 1st class amenities. I was in Lagos Rockview hotel in Festac and the price was lower than Phoenix but enjoyed all the standard amenities including free wifi.The hotel should improve on their amenities to meet international standards.

This is a rapidly progressing hospitality business.They also seem to cater to all classes, from budget rooms that even corps members stay for extended periods to regal and legacy classes of rooms each in their own separate areas.You may sometimes need to remind them to put/bring clean towels after you check-in, but the staff are mostly nice and courteous.I saw a bigger and classier annex on adjoining Umar Audi road newly open, and I understand its quite a nice place too.
