This is a very secured residential estate with detailed road networks, comprehensive drainage system and other recreational facilities.

CBN Estate is a residential area, though formally owned by the Central Bank of Nigeria, it has been sold to individuals.The estate is fenced and peaceful and the apartments are affordable.

The place is just so good and secured I love it😘😘😘

An estate built with a nice concept for the comfort of CBN staff. It now looks abandoned and wearing out.
