At first when I saw the queue outside the gate! I’m like wow, I know the real deal until I join! My appointment was 9:30am but got in 10:30, once you are inside the premises! The rest is soft, the staff were polite and well mannered! All services rendered to me was excellent, except the queue outside before you get in
Very fine and organized. Thank you formaking it a wonderful experience. However, there is need to improy on the COvid-19 precautionary measures. As you have to remove your mask and talk, place finger on the finger print machine and no Sanitizer was made available.You can have a place to check face, afterwards the individual will wear mask and now speak. I hope our voices are heard. Cheers
You’re very likely to have to pay some extra fee or the other with TLS.Be mindful of their system choices when making your appointment- the default option is assisted service instead of self service (where you can upload your own documents). Assisted service costs 11k for them to take your documents and scan. It’s madness!Covid protocols were zero! Shameful tbh. Biometrics scanner not wiped down after use, and no hand sanitizers. If the person before me had Covid, I’m very likely to have it after pressing all my fingers on their scanner!Also the silly system of moving from chair to chair at the reception lobby - like we are playing musical chairs! Pls get some sort of tech solution - or old school numbers on paper. Introduce some dignity to the process will you!
Excellent staff service. Very courteous and helpful. The only issue is with the excess crowd showing up at their gates at peak period (mostly folks who are there for the walk-in option) and there isnt really much the staff can do about that.Once you get in however, the staff do their best to make the process as quick and as smooth as possible.
I experienced an excellent service from the staff inside. They were all coordinated. Preferential treatment were given to the elderly and kids, thats very commendable. I will like to suggest, the queue at the entrance should be properly manage.
I had heard that Ikeja TLS was like a market place but I beg to differ. The staff were so punctual and extremely gracious. They were very polite too. You did not need to know anybody to be attended to very well. I think that everyone did their jobs very well. Even with the crowd of people, they still managed it very well. Kudos🙌🏾

The environment is ok but needs improvement like space for the applicants to sit outside before called in, everything inside is money and its expensive like seriously. the customer service is ok but needs to explain well to applicant well before summation. thanks
My experience with your staff throughout our interactions today was impressive and appreciated. They were well organized, time conscious, polite, helpful and humble. I wish this could be sustained for the benefit and happiness of the applicants/customers. Please, keep the flag flying!
Horrible experience. The customer service is very, very poor - very rude staff. The website did not state that applicants are to come with photocopy of the passport bio data page. I pointed this out to the person who attended to me and was shouted down by the person that it is there and that if I didnt come with it they could do it for me at a fee or I should go outside the premises and do it.My appointment was for 11 a.m, I got there on time but was not allowed in until 12.30 and was made to stand outside in the rain.No preference given to children, the elderly and pregnant women.I did not leave there until 4p.m.Overall a horrible experience. They should improve on there services.
Decent environment with order. There is still significant lag in time management as applicants have to wait for an extended time beyond their appointment time and sadly standing on a queue outside the gate. However the biometric process was quick and prompt. Overall the treatment here was fair
It was good experience.Maybe because the application was for my elderly mother. The staff were courteous and helpful and my mum was not made to be doing that musical chairs thing of moving one seat at a time as people progressed on the queue. That I appreciated a lot.
Getting in for biometrics was difficult and that was due to the crowd,but on entering, I met pleasant people with top notch professionalism. I was really impressed to see them smiling even with the work pressure..The service was fast too.
Good service once access is gained into the office building.There is a need to organize the queue at the entrance so that there will be different entrances for picking up and submission of applications.The rowdiness at the entrance does not ensure that anti Covid measures are enforced.
Good customer service all through, nice employees willing to support and help applicants, but try and make provision for a shed where the applicant queue to access the facility. Applicants standing under the ash weather condition should be considered.

I was there normally for the biometrics procedures and there was a power cut off. Though the period of waiting was frustrating and exhaustive, the management team did their best in calming us down. They managed the situation efficiently and professionally well. My rating is excellent,
I had a better experience compared to the last visit I had with my family in 2019. We spent less time; especially because we were able to upload our supporting documents. The centre staff we interacted with were wonderful. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
Good services just make sure youre there before your appointment time ask for your que and appointment time stay at the que at your appointment time once youre in the office premises youre good to go... Done

The security said I could not go inside with handbag yet other applicants were allowed to go in with theirs. It was not stated on your website to bring a copy of my passport. I understand this is stated in the appointment letter which I did not receive.
I just have to give them one start bcos there is no option not to give a star. How can they collect passport and return same way it was delivered. Visa not stamped, letter not attached to the passport. What is the evidence that it was treated.

It was extremely hectic, rough and time wasting coming in through the gate and would wish that you something about it, otherwise the service in the Premium Lounge was EXCELLENT.

Well, Im only 13, Im starting my second school in wales, my first day is on 6th, we went the place on 11th august, they said three weeks and your passport is back, they approved My visa on Tuesday till now they havent said anything about my passport, I have been panicking about being the only one starting a new school late, they are so slow
Very smooth process on the inside - commendable! But more work needs to be done on the outside - letting people in at the right time and better people traffic management!
I went to the TLScontact to submit my passport for over four weeks and am still expecting up till date, please guys how do I track my passport?
Absolutely ridiculous and incompetent, my mums documents were sent back to the centre since 21st of July and was supposed to be sent back to her via courier which was paid for. Usually within 24hrs, and it hasnt been sent back till now. No phone number to reach to know what is happening, complaint sent since 3days now and no response. I think the payment for courier is just a scam, or do they expect my aged mum to travel down to lagos again from Oyo to pick-up after paying for courier service, too sad and bad i most say.

The booking system is terribly overwhelmed with the regular assisted service for Ikeja centre being the most difficult. TLS management needs to make the booking a lot easier and to even allow families book together as a unit
I am highly disappointed, horrible and unfriendsly staffs. My appointment I booked and paid for through the website was sold to someone else and I was denied entering after travelling for 9 hours. I felt tears for the very first time in my life. The staff at the gate refused to look at my appointment booking reference and was being abusive to everyone. I am still demanding for my refund for the money I was robbed off.

As a first time user, your services were superb but your after service was terribly poor. Been trying to track my application for 5days in a row, minimum of 6times per day and your app cannot identify or locate my account or application. Worst part is no other means available to check my application status.
The whole process is seemless and timely
A downward review of the application fees and other related charges is suggested. Nil levy on some of your services should be considered, even on your limited car park facility.

Well I’ve submitted my application since 3rd of this month(Aug), I’m yet to get a response back from them, no contact to reach! I paid extra for the priority services which should take just about 5-7working days! Today makes it 12 working days! Ridiculous!

The procedure for submission can be more organised to avoid the mad rush and pushing I saw at the gate. If there was a waiting place for applicants to go in and sit, at least thirty minute in advance of their scheduled appointment it will be better especially when the timing changes due to number of applicants. The harassment from touts is very annoying.
