OPAY, you people are allowing fraudulent activities on your space, how come a number attached to you online will defraud people of their money!!!Yesterday I wanted to do a delivery from Oshodi-Lekki and I needed a dispatch, I browse the internet and saw OPAY, called the number attached to it, the Agent (EMMANUEL AKPAN) answered me with good CS, proceeded with my order and insisted I pay before pick up, because of the urgency I paid, and that was all, I was blocked from WHATSAPP and CALL!!Please this has to be looked into immediately because it bad reputation that a Fraudulent number is attached to your online space.

Customer care was good but there should be more education on how use their others service. Such as cardless transactions, Payments e.g WAEC, JAMB

Opay I need a refund of payment of loan I made on the 20/06/2021 after paying money opay still went ahead and debited the card I used in receiving DAT money,the card name Bernard Emmanuel(27/06/2021) please opay I need a refund of my money please have call many times no body is given me listing ears
