Theres a very bad odour from the canal, nice place to shop

They have a variety of stores here. A lot of them moved from the old Alade market.Their items can be a bit pricey. You would need to scour to get great deals.

It rained yesterday 8/06/21. Despite, the market was open with less rush due to the rain. At least 96% of the stores opened and we were able to pick some good stuff at a good price. For good and quality clothes, Cyhenas (not sure of the name but something like that got good and quality stuffs). The evening rush is always challenging because getting a bus in time is nearly impossible. But leaving early like the hours of 4 or 5 is better.

Its great for some things but over charges for a lot

I had fun. I love the way noone hassles you. Clean environment, easy to get in and out.

Clean environment. With varieties.however most clients have left. Lagos state or Ikeja LGA should help with the water way and adjoining bridge.

Good layout but foul smell from the canal needs attention. Also there are no railings for safety about the edges.

I shopped at Retin-Fay. I got unique wears and shoes at the most affordable prices.I recommend that store A83, Alade Mkt. Carpark.

The New Alade Market located off Awolowo Way in Ikeja is a revived modern market complex of the Alade Market which used to be on Allen Avenue, Ikeja.The market comprises provision dealers, bulk drink sellers, food seller, dealers in fashion fabrics and fashion items such as Emperiole and Radek.

I was there last week Saturday, with a brother & a friend.

Well, I dont really see the difference between the old and the new version of Alade market. However, I think the location of the market is fair, and there are many merchant stores that sell fabrics - which is the most heavily traded item in the place.I honestly believe that the participants will increase the popularity of the market by engaging in advertising and promotion.

Nice place to shop, the outlets are built close to each other but they are well numbered... Its also neat and there are parking spaces

Clean neat covered market. Nice array of fabrics, shoes, bags, underwear. Has hairdressing and manicure /pedicure facilities. Friendly and polite shopkeepers

The new Alade market is a major improvement on the old makeshift market. Its more organized and clean and boasts of a variety of goods and bustling with activity.

The new Alade market was set up almost at the back of the old one. The old one was brought down to build a new shopping mall there. And after almost 2 years, nothing has been done there. So, the new one is more or less like a makeshift just till the old one is ready. It is a set up between a canal and there is a very bad odor that comes out from the canal.The shops there are not many as the old market but businesses are ongoing.You basically can get most of your clothing materials and major shoppings some there.There is toilet and a mosque being built there.There is need for proper hygiene at the market.

Well laid out plan with parking space, which is an issue in many markets. They sell kids stuffs ranging from toys, cloths to accessories. Majority also deal in female wears, cosmetics and shoes.

Its a developed environment

Same old shop owners with same trading patterns of the old Alade market but in a new environment. This location is better organized and looking all green. The shops and environment is neat
