This is a great place to chill out, and host your different events... I only have a small issue with their interiors... The outside is more beautiful compared to the inside... Aside that, their securities are great and theyve got good services too

The hall is very spacious with iced cold AC. It can contain about 400 with enough space for tables.

Its a large hall with a gallery. The car park is fair enough. With a good event planner, it should be able to take about 800-1000 guests if not more.

Quite hidden in between buildings so not so easy to locate. Has a very serene environment with polite and helpful staff. Cant give review about their services though because I only dropped off a friend there.

Ostra Hall is a very large hall that can be used for various events such as burials, marriages, annual general meetings (AGM), seminar, symposiums etc. It has a gallery and a large packing space. A stand by generator supplies power when power is out. Its located in a very serene environment

A decent environment and very very courteous staff.

We made use of the imperial hall which is one of the halls at the Ostra Hall. The Imperial hall was quite conducive and ambient. It sat at least 400 people comfortably and would be accessible to a wheel chair user. A major draw back is the lack of adequate parking- you are left in the hands of street urchins because you have to park on the road as such utmost safety of vehicles is not guaranteed. This needs to be looked into.

Courteous staff. Not your regular 4 Star hotel. But the staff and service delivery is top notch. The hotel has a big and a smaller hall for different kind of events.Ample parking space. Situated in a steep enclosed close. Close to a Petroleum power plant.Affordable and comfortable for guests who wants a good hotel in the heart of the city.

Its an old hotel but the owner should have still renovated it and put modern fittings,its still the old school WC, and sink in the toilets, even the tiles on the floor off the walls are old and faxed, not too impressed

Ostra Hall & Hotel is a combination of hotel and event centre. I was invited to an event in the hall and the services were very good.

I was surprised at the level of space at Ostra hall because the road that leads to the hall was very narrow, I wasnt expecting something that huge, the staff right from the security to the reception, admin and management were very friendly and professional, I and my friend had other halls as alternatives for our event but their friendliness swayed us into patronising Ostra, the hall wasnt that big but could sit about 400 guests comfortably, we werent able to explore their kitchen because of time, hopefully I will do that on the day of our event. I recommend this place for lodge in and events, oh, I forgot to mention that they have a massive car park

Good place for events, enough space for at least 200 to 400 people depending on seating style. Well ventilated and air conditioned, with restrooms. Good service.

It is reserved, secluded place. The security is good and hospitality good also. The restaurants quality is low due to lack of patronage.
