I like washyard.They have designed a model that caters to the work life of working class and upwardly mobile people while being mindful of the disposable income of same sect.They have proper washing machines, good storage system when you don’t pick up on time and in a very central place in Ikeja.I specifically like some of the furniture based on preference. Very good place and helpful team.

I discovered this place through a friend,washing here saves me a lot of money with dry cleaning. You basically operate the washing machine by yourself.If you prefer to drop off instead, they also offer that as a service and its also quite affordable.Ironing comes at extra cost.

Washyard is a very affordable laundromat on allen Street, Ikeja. Their services although a bit slow, are top notch. Their operation hours are 9am to 9pm Mondays to saturdays with slight changes on sundays. Each self wash circle with the small washing machines are 1400, the bigger machine 1800; drop offs with small machines 2000 and the bigger machine 2400. After your 3rd wash circle you get a discount of an undisclosed amount, you can go with your wash soap or buy detergent from them. Please note that ironing is not included in the fees above, just washing and drying. You get notified if you opted for drop off but I our self washing, the staff are on hand to help you through the process. In all, I enjoyed their services and laundry was done in quick time.

I enjoy the customer service here. If it is your first time in. A laundromat, dont be shy to notify the staff as they will put you through the process. The price is affordable and depending on the number of walkin customer you can walk out with your washed and dried clothes in 1 to 2 hours. You can come in with your own detergent or get them there. Stain removal is complentary and the more wash you have, the discount you get.

I guess my first review came too early. My experience today was not it at all. There was absolute disorder. After I had waited patiently for my turn for one hour, people that just came in were allowed to use the washing machine before me! And the so called attendant was, indifferent, telling me he asked for who was the last person! Can you imagine that??? He never once asked me meanwhile they knew when I got in. Why cant they just get their business right in every sense of it? I was really discouraged today. What they are telling is that when you come here, you have to keep your eyes peeled so you dont get cheated? This is contrary to the first impression I had about them. Or can it be that attendant?

I like the service here, largely do it yourself but with available support from the members of staff. Prices are ok and quality of service is quite good. It gets busy on the weekend so usually best to find an off period to come and do your stuff. You can either bring your own detergent or purchase in-store. Different rates for different kinds of service, whether self wash or drop off. Well recommended for the busy person

Great place to do laundry. You can either choose to do the laundry by yourself or you choose the drop-off options.The service has 8 Expresswash machines and six industrial size dryers. It takes about 35minutes for a load of wash. I advice you go when the rush isnt hectic (Saturdays are a no no).All in all, you will find a great experience here.

I would really love to rate this place higher, but their customer service standards are falling in terms of client engagement. Recently, calls have been going unanswered and no one even calls back. Same for text messages and whatsapp messages. Unfortunately, theres only one phone number to contact them listed on their website.When providing service to customers, effective client engagement is important. Clients need to know you have heard them, and that both of you have the same understanding of what is expected/what will be provided.In this regard, Washyard Laundromat is dropping the ball big time!I really hope they improve and go back to being awesome service providers. I would be very happy to review this rating upward if that happens.

Cool and very nice

There are so many things this laundromat gets right. First, its located in a pretty central and the easy to locate Studio 24 building on Allen Avenue. You can self wash while waiting comfortably watching TV or using FREE wifi which they make available. Staff on ground were very helpful as I tried the place for the first time, offering information and answering questions in a clear manner. They were extremely professional. Definitely making this place a regular and spreading the word as well!

This is one of the very few places in lagos you can get quality services. Being a first timer, my experience was great and seamless. The staff are very friendly and cheerful.From washing to the drying, the staff were great all through the process.The faculty is very clean and neat. There is a sitting area and also a worktop incase you want to work while your laundry is being done. Its super conducive as the air conditioners are working well.I guess there is a free WiFi but I didnt use it.Health and safety wise, the laundromat is okay.

Up until today I had a great experience here but all it took is one particularly terrible experience to change my rating. Today, not only was my laundry not available as at when agreed - which can happen for a number of reasons which I can understand - but the utter non chalance and lack of urgency on the part of the front desk staff is what made me truly livid. Took her 30 minutes to establish that my clothes were not even at the location, a few minutes more to call whoever needed to be called to find said clothes. And when they did no apology for keeping me waiting or the fact that my clothes were not ready. No apparent temorse whatsoever. And thats the worst thing you can do to a customer: not only wasting time I cant get back on the 31st of bloody December. But an utter lack of care. Wh

A good place for pocket-friendly laundry services with state of the art facilities. Im amazed that it offers free Wi-Fi whilst within its premise. Unlike others, this place is open for business on Sunday from 9:00am - 9:30pm. Its being located along a major and very popular road makes it easily accessible. The parking space for cars right in front of the building is enough to accommodate few vehicles during business hours.

My experience was a sad one, I felt sort of exploited because your staff did not explain things properly to me before commencement of business. What should literally cost me N1,900 ended up costing me N3,700. I rest my case for now.

This is the best laudromat I have used on the mainland here in lagos.The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They never wear this I hate my job kinda look.The place is always neat no matter how busy it get.You never see litter on the floor even as little as the nylon from was opened sachet of detergent.The lightening is good and the room is spacious and airy. The a.c units work properly so it never feels stuffy.There is free wifi to get you surfing the net while waiting on your laundry as well as a TV with cable subscription.Most of all doing laundry here is relatively cheap.A wash is N1400/load which include washing and drying till you clothing items are completely dry.You get N200 off when you do two washes so instead of N2800 you pay N2600.That is a fair deal.I have also been able to network.So yeah its a good place to network as wellThis is my 8th month and I have never regreted doing my laundry here.
