Aha, I had to run some medical tests here, and my experience was okay. The staff I encountered were welcoming, very polite, quite fast and professional with their work, so the wait time was not really very long. The staff in the lab for taking samples was very patient with me and my endless questions and comments 😂.Theres a dispenser water available also, temperature is cool. The place is neat, but the toilets seem to have a permanent smell, not bad but could be improved. The ladies washroom I used, the hand dryer wasnt working, could this be fixed? Theres parking space that seems to be always full with cars 🤔, everywhere I went through were wheel chair accessible.

Looking for to conduct different health test? It is a place to go do it. And the staffs or front desk ladies are wonderful.

Its a good place to have your x-ray and other medical test done.

The Opebi lab is okay, with ambient environment but their customer service is poor especially when u request for ur result to be sent via mail. You practically have to call their office several times before ur result will be sent and they dont ever have ur email address despite the fact that they have ur record and u have been there several times🤨

Service is ok, until you need to get the results of you test. Follow-up service is terrible. Ive been there multiple times and its the same. Unanswered calls and emails. If you want your results, just go back and wait it out.

My experience at echolab was extremely horrible. I was rescheduled for a test 3 times after coming all the way on the new date each time, before I was finally told that the machine was faulty and referred to another branch.It had been a struggle to get my result from the new branch, long after the promised time. Hmos should please stop referring people there.

The worst Lab. Ive ever gone in my life. They cancel appointment without consideration for the patient. In summary, they are not what they claim to be. RELIABILITY IS FAR FROM THEM.

Poor customer service! I went there as soon as they opened to customers and after making payment, I was told there was no one to run the test because the lab technician was not around. After waiting for about an hour, I had to complain about them holding me for so long, that was when a lady staff volunteered to take my sample which she admitted she hadnt done in ages, but I was eager to go to work so I allowed her. They promised result will be sent in 24hrs and gave me a follow up number to call. It is now well over 24 hours with no result, I called the number given and after I explained why I was calling, the guy hung up and never answered my calls again! I knew ai was better off going to Mecure but due to proximity and long queue, I settled for this and now regretting it.

Wanted to get an ultrasound scan. Google business listing states they close 6pm. Got there 5:30pm and the lady at the front desk said doctor for ultrasound has gone home. I was disappointed and casually mentioned itll be nice to have detailed info about services they offer and specific times for each on their website but she gave me attitude, like, I was disturbing her. She could have been nicer even if I wont still do the scan that day. It wont cost me anything to come back the next morning but nope, Ill go elsewhere.

I loved the place, never seen so many beautiful people working in the medical field they were also prompt and used their system to check for your schedule so it was fast..

Horrible customer service. Lazy, Idle and nonchalant staff. Improper hygiene at the restrooms... There was neither water nor soap to wash hands with... I have been here twice in the space of two months, and so I wonder if this is intention. Even at this COVID period??? Extremely disappointing! ☹️☹️☹️

Very clean facility as a testing facility should. Echo-scan carry out a wide range of test making it a one-stop for medical test.However, the staff should be more customer-centric and more proactive. They should improve on their empathy and always remember that their patients are vulnerable and need that kind attention.

Excellent upgraded facility. I was shocked when I went there against the backdrop of the last time I visited for a test. I must say I was impressed by the upgrade.But such upgrade should equate the services.For example, the still have a test of mine which wasnt ready after a week and as at the time of this post they havent called or mailed me for the result irrespective of the fact that they took my mobile and email details.Apart from the above issue, they are wonderful.

The laboratory is very neat and good at what they do, except that that front desk staff appear a bit slow in attending to customers and also poor crowd management. The security officials are however very friendly and courteous.

Very very worst customer service.. Victoria iland branch.I like to share my suggestion to your VI branch. There no body taken work seriously.Because I visit last monday to taken scan for brain. I am reached 1.30 pm but he is taken the process scan after 5. 30pm. 4 hr waiting. After completion my scan. She is said report will be come to you after 24 hr. Ok I am agree.. but till now she is not send it. I am called today. But, she said to me, sir give me 20 minutes. I will send report to you. 3 days I am not going duty also. Due to non availability of report.I dont understand, What is going on..... just making scan report if required 3 days? I am very disappointed with your team. Sorry

I think is the best place for any lab test..... though theres no arrangements of attending order but they are good in what they do.

They offer various radiological, laboratory and Imaging services. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. It is a Clean and conducive environment and the customer service is superb. I took a relative for a free mammogram and it was done very fast.

Neat environment, Dr Ibrahim is an all round professional, Our results came out at the scheduled date and we received the soft copy in the mail as well. Keep it up guys.
