Value for money, and good staff attitude. Bathroom cleanliness needs a bit more effort though (not bad, but it should be SPARKLING clean). Wished there was a swimming pool but the bar had an upright piano if you like to play.

Sincerely it was a few hours stay which was uneventful but the space in the rooms are tiny and Im not a fan of poorly lit rooms and darkly coloured (room and bathroom)wallsOtherwise staff were friendly and it was budget friendlyThe Hotel lives up to its name...PURPLE😁

Decent environment, beautiful rooms but dont expect a clean room or change of towels. Rooms were hardly cleaned throughout my 4day stay including those of my friends. We werent given towel as well due to its unavailability.

It is in the center of Ikeja with nice joints and 24hrs food service around that area. However i felt I and my sister were extorted. We decided to spend the night at Purple crown as it was getting late driving back home after work, I made the booking 3hrs before we got there and on getting there, the receptionist started making calls and telling us she thought the customer occupying the room we booked was going to be free before we got there by 11pm 🤦🏾‍♀️. We had to pay extra just to get “a bigger room”, on getting to the room it was so small and the bed was just a piece of metal and a flat mattress or duvet... I won’t be visiting as i wasn’t impressed from the start.

Great Hotel, stayed here for two weeks, good management, jovial staffs, and the chef knows how to make amazing afang soup 😂

Great WIFI AND FOOD

The Hotel is nice and decent, its a good place to relax especially when coming to Lagos from the airport. Its also affordable and cozy enough. The dishes are superb. Though a little bit pricy.

Place is beautiful. Renovation is almost completed. Rooms are clean and electricity supply is available. The staff are courteous and prompt in service. Also very accessible and in a secure neighborhood. There is a safe in the room for storing valuables.

The Purple Crown hotel has a attractive structure and design; it is also located right in the middle of Ikeja. These however, appear to be the only positives they have going for them. I spent a night there and their services were less than satisfactory. The TV in the room had only one channel! I had to call the front desk and request repeatedly before I could get a towel. To get food from the kitchen is another issue, most of the dishes in the menu were not available.

A very nice hotel. I like the fact that they are always renovating and improving their facilities. They seem to be getting the maintenance aspect of hotel business right. The only challenge is that many of the rooms are not furnished with tables for working. Thats a no, no for me, especially since I sometimes go to hotels to actually work. Management should look into this flaw.

Cool place for hang out and pleasurable moment

The hotel is in a very good location and the rooms are quite nice.It is also pocket friendly and definitely worth every penny spent.BUT, the staffs have to really be trained in hospitality business. Imagine a staff showing you a room and frowning and arrogant enough for people to complain on your behalf and he still insisted that that is who he is and that you should stop complaining.The room telephones arent working and you have to go to the front desk severally before anything can be done.PLEASE do something about it.

Reception is fair enough. The rooms arent so big but its fair enough for a night especially if youre worn out and all you need is sleep. I believe they can improve their maintenance quality though, but its NOT a bad place for a night sleep.

The management needs to keep up the standard because the last time I slept in this hotel the ac was always working but this time around the ac was horrible with the using of small generator, Thanks to front desk person but the guy ELIJAH was nice and never tired of showing me other rooms to satisfy my request( big Thank You) and on the next day ELIJAH still rise and keep it up from where he left it on my first day, what a guy that never tired moving my stuffs from one room to the other and big thank you also to VICTOR joining hands on the second day with Victor to move me round and finally make sure I am satisfied. But overall the management has to step up in satisfying their customers. Thanks all and remain blessed.

Purple Crown Hotel is very well located and was easy to find. I found it clean and comfortable and I was especially impressed with how quiet the room was. I also was impressed with how friendly the staff were in helping me arrange some sightseeing and providing general guidance.

The place is so stunning and beautiful. The bathroom is so clean and the bed is surprisingly high quality for a hotel in this area. Very affordable and my 3 day stay worth while.

Serene environment

Not a bad hotel. Good view, not so expensive, quiet environment, good customer service by staff, neat rooms a and the facilities working well. The only issue I have with them is their no refund policy. But in all, I rate them high.

I arrived from the US and decided to spend 2 nights before leaving for Abuja, and I must admit the Management wowed me. Most especially the Manager Mr. Dominic he was always there to ensure I had a blissful stay at the hotel, the staff were friendly and willing to offer help should there be need for it. The kitchen makes this delicious afang soup I will love to come back and try it out.

Its a nice place to ease off stress,but will advice that bedspread and pillow cases should be changed as soon as a guest checked out and not to be repeated for the next guest.Yesterday I couldnt use my pillow because of the sweat I was perceiving.thanks

Just checked out of the hotel out of annoyance for another nearby hotel. There was no hot water since yesterday, the staffs are hostile, the TV has no remote control and when one was reluctantly brought, it has just a kiddies and another English show, no Lagos local channels for news. The Air conditioner keeps going on and off, the intercom is mere decoration-not working. I personally complained to the Manager who admitted my complaints and assured that all will be fixed by next week. The hotel is in good location and well built but poorly being managed. I pity the owner and if nothing is done on time, he will lose more customers. As for me, I have said bye to the hotel because this is my second unsatisfactory experience within 2 months.

Honestly this is the worst hotel I have been to in recent times. Even the remotest of places offer better services. Its rather unfortunate that people dont understand hospitality business and reasons for establishing hotels. Rooms so small, how can a hotel refuse to clean or dress their room until past 8pm after keys were given. This is really unfortunate and should be checked. Nice structure but poor attitude of members of staff and entire management.
