The hotel looks small.The entrance gate could be easily missed if you are not driving at a snail speed.What looks like a 🏊‍♂️ pool has been abandoned.The surroundings look pretty clean but not ethereal.The hotel needs serious fumigation as roaches abound in the rooms, under the electric kettles and refrigerators.Highlight is that price ✨ can be negotiated.No wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.COVID-19 protocols not followed strictly.They have nice kitchen and bar.Wifi is available.Nice and cheerful staff.No decontamination.No entrance divider.Safety measures are in place, but more fire 🔥extinguishers are needed.The hotel has potentials of beating their competitors if managerial aspect is taking care of.

I think its over rated.First off you get to the reception desk and the room rates are OUTRAGEOUS, then you are told you are being given a 50% discount ???Now thats a smokescreen, put your rates at normal stuff, if you want to offer a discount then it should be reasonable.Not OUTRAGEOUS rates witg OUTRAGEOUS discounts, it looks all sneaky and deceptive.Plus unfriendly staff serviceJeez

Terrible place, the price isn’t even worth it. The telephone isn’t working so I couldn’t even call to order food or call the front desk. I have been to cheaper hotels which even had better services than this place. The shower is a total mess, so many people making noise around my roomI would not be coming here again and I don’t even want my worst enemy to come here

Nice place for a quite weekend out buh staff I met at the reception has a very bad customer service etiquette the lobby to the room I was in had a bad fish smell. Hope they take care of that Reasons I rated them poor

I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM MIGHTY COUNTRY TO THIS FACILITY FOR THE FIRST TIME BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION GIVEN TO ME BY ONE OF THEIR LANDLORDS WHO RESIDE IN ISAAC JONES. THE ROOM WAS SMELLING OF ABADONED BUILDING SMELL & IT WAS FULL OF MOSQUITOES & INSECT.I COULD NOT SLEEP THERE & THEY COULDNT RETURN MY MONEY WITHIN 5-10 MINUTES OF MY ARRIVAL. THE MANAGER & THE RECEPTIONIST (LADY) HAS NO REMORSE OF APOLOGISING FOR THEIR DEEDS. I LEFT THE MONEY THERE WITH THEM, BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO REFUND POLICY IN WHICH I DISAGREED!THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HUMAN RELATION IN THEM. I DONT KNOW IF THEY HAVE FEELINGS FOR THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL. MADE 2 PAYMENTS, ONE WITH HOTEL.COM & ANOTHER WITH THEM. SAYING THEY COULD NOT RECOGNIZE HOTEL.COM ITINERY NUMBER IN THEIR BOOKLET.I PRAY GOD WILL FORGIVE THEM. THEY SHOULD REMEMBER ONE DAY, THEY WILL BECOME BOSSES OF THEIR OWN, AND WHATEVER ANYONE SEWS, HE/SHE MUST REAP IT BACK. IT IS GOOD TO TAKE CARE OF OTHER PEOPLES BUSINESSES SO ONE COULD BE BLESSED IN RETURN.FINALLY ENDED UP SLEEPING IN ANOTHER HOTEL THAT SAME NIGHT BECAUSE RADISSON BLU HOTEL WAS FULL, SO ANOTHER HOTEL VERY CLOSE TO THIS PLACE (PRIMAL) ACCOMODATED ME AT 11PM. THE HOSPITALITY & THE FOOD SERVED (IYAN & JOLLOF RICE WITH ASSORTED MEET) WITH A LOT OF BOTTLE WATERS WERE DELICIOUS THAT I HAVE TO FORGET PRIMAL HOTEL ATTITUDES.THIS HOTEL IS GOING TO BE NICE IF THERE IS A GOOD MANAGEMENT.

A good hotel with an easy access to Murtala Mohammed Airport Ikeja.The rooms are clean and neat.The rates and food are rather high considering nearby hotels and quality of their services.I was rather disappointed when the reception staff assured me of a taxi to the airport at 5.30am the night before but there was none. I was saved by Bolt taxi which came on time to save me from missing my 6.45am flight.

Primal Hotel environment looks clean and presentable. Nice views at the reception. Their FB department needs to be worked on seriously. I didnt enjoy their meal at all. My room wasnt cleaned throughout my stay even when I went out and came back I met the room the way I left it .So time of cleaning the rooms also needs to be worked on as in when a guess goes out the room should be cleaned up before the guest comes back . Some of the staffs are customer friendly (Customer Relationship). Thank you!

A plate of food costs about 4,500 Naira. A bottle of water 300, Soya milk bottle 1000 Naira. Totally unacceptable.Spacious rooms, light is guaranteed with a stand-by generator.

The room I stayed in had issues with the water heater leaking hence giving the room a damp smell.Also they need to work on how fast they attend to room service, I called to complain about water not running, it took them over an hour to attend to me.Ambiance is a 💯

A decent facility, with the best hotel WiFi and great attitude to work. Majority of the staff are polite, courteous and helpful, asides from one...hahaha.Some areas to improve on concerning maintenance, however they have a great attitude to fixing up problems or faults once highlighted.Overall, it was a good stay.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and saw the good and bad sides of the hotel. While the staff were very helpful and ready to assist, the management took its time to fix minor repairs. The room I stayed was leaking from the tap in the bathroom. Despite notifying them for 3 consecutive days, it was not fixed until I requested for a change of room. The breakfast was one type of food comprising spaghetti, bread and egg without any option. Overall, the hotel is clean, but not too security conscious.

The floor of my room was licking due to plumbing fault, I had to drag the bed to the other side of the room.

The location is suitable for anyone coming in to Lagos.

This hotel didnt act professionally . A reservation was made for me and they gave it out before the time of their reservation cancelation which was meant to be at 10pm...we arrived around 9:35 pm and it was already given out. The manager was unapologetic about it saying he didnt know anything about the reservation?????After so much raising of voice they later made another reservation in an apartment

I’ve been to a number of hotels and this has got to be one of my least favourite experiences. For a hospitality provider they sure were less than hospitable. Staff act like they’re being forced to work. You call reception and ask for items only to be replied with a rude response. They give you just one complementary bottle of water regardless of the number of occupants in the room. I asked a for an iron and I was told I have to pay for it. Even to get a towel was an issue. I don’t know if it’s the general Lagos culture, but they seem to get very irritated easily. On the state of the room. It seems it was a very good place in its early days but facilities have been very poorly maintained.An issue I had which completely ticked me off was when they changed my room without my notice. I stepped out for most of the day, came back only to be given a different room key. I asked about my stuff and I was told they have been moved to the new room. They said this very normally and I was too stunned to respond. So they entered my room, picked my stuff and moved to a different room on their own volition. If this isn’t a breach of some laws then I have no idea. I was leaving the country the next day so I just let it go. Let me go back to my country in peace.Very disappointing

A very good hotel, nice reception, a mini fish pond, good parking space, the bar area is cool, someone can work with their laptops at the bar, theres a place to charge, meetings can also be done at the bar, the staffs are friendly.

Primal hotel is smack right in the heart of Ikeja providing budget accommodation to guests. The rooms are pretty spacious with standard facilities. The restaurant offers as wide range of Nigerian and Continental delicacies at very affordable prices.

I have been going to Primal for several years now. This place had great staff, very well behaved, kind and courteous. My colleagues tell me that they serve delicious Nigerian food, though I havent tried it myself. Come and try it yourself.

Good location but poor management. You need something you spend minutes calling and the night I spent there I could not get water to bath. Left the hotel without taking my bath because water was not running. Made several calls but nothing was done. The small fridge in the room was working but not cooling.

Clean and peaceful! customer service officers were super courteous, friendly and so helpful. Food was quite affordable btw the range of 2500 and 3500 naira. I loved watching the gold fishes from the little bridge, play around the fountain. The entire staff I came in contact with, were nice, would I come back? Definitely would.

Rooms are full of mosquitoes.The generator does not come on after nepa takes light, the receptionist, etc all disappear when theres light issues..Small rooms with poor water control systems. Like after having your bath, the water still logs on the bathroom floor for a while.. Takes more than 40mins for the generator to come on after light has gone off.

Staff attitude & general hygiene is good except the swimming pool & the gym.
