Located along the ever-busy Opebi Road in Ikeja, class suites is a very comfortable make-over hotel. The renovated portions of the hotel are very nice with the latest building techniques employed. However, a few renovations in the reception wouldnt be bad. It doesnt take a second chance to make a first impression, the reception is not a good depiction of the inside of the hotel. Good experience though.

The staff was rude and unwilling to show a guest around. I requested to see the supposedly available room before I made payment and an spat ensued. Im sure not going back there and would discourage everyone from doing that too.

Hotel is neat and lots of privacy

Class suite is a small hotel with amiable staff. The room I stayed in has relatively old facilities - TV, wardrobe etc - but they are all working and thats why it is a budget hotel after all. Nevertheless I derived satisfaction from the prompt manner the staff responded to my needs. The restaurant however seem overstretched as orders usually delay. There is need for the facilities to be upgraded to make one feel like one is in a hospitality facility.

Very shabby service. Zero respect for customers and seemingly uncoordinated service . Some rooms have been upgraded and look quite nice but most importantly the quality of service from management is abysmal.
