Best customer service is practised here. The staffs are detailed and well oriented. They try to remain polite even under stress. The management frowns at any form of rudeness from the staffs to any client, hence theres a phone number that you can always call to report any rude staff. This is credible! Did I say this hospital has too many specialists including E.N.T? They are simply the best. ..although car park space is an issue. Asides that, thumbs up!

Scientific invention should not be restricted to the rich only. Until the blessing of science reaches to the all sector of people till then the so called modernisation and advancement will not be fruitful.WIdealest care Hospital is such an ideal care center full of doctors and paramedical staffs with the dream that to bring Medicare close to the people be it poor or reach.

Worst service I have ever experienced in an hospital, took me 5 hrs to see an optamologist.information between staffs and patients is somehow lost in transit and another eternity to dispense drugs.very poor
