We had an excellent service experience here. The staff were polite and professional, skilled doctors, tasty food (on admission), with very neat rooms and restrooms. If you’re looking for international standard health care service in Nigeria, this is the place.

Best place for your health care

Avoid this place at all costs. Starting with an incompetent “DR”, who I had to correct multiple times on the type of tests I needed conducted. Then the didn’t inform me they couldn’t conduct a test I wanted because the didn’t have the right equipment. Obviously I would have gone elsewhere to get everything done at once if they had let me know. They also ruptured a vein when taking my blood. When she couldn’t draw enough blood she asked to do it again but declined because of the pain she caused. Then when I paid, they called me back saying they had made a mistake in the invoice and that I owed more money. The told me my results would be done in 5-7 business days. They did not inform me some of my tests needed to be out sourced to South Africa which took two weeks. I came in to pay the remaining balance, it took they ONE HOUR to print me a receipt. Not to mention each receipt I have received from them was in a different format which would look suspicious to my insurance company. Only come here if you like frustration and disappointment!

I had a brain surgery here and it was successful. The ICU facility is top notch and services offered by the staff during my stay was excellent.

I loved being here. I took my dad here for overnight observation before our trip the following day.Dr Obinna attended to him with such care, respect and dignity.I’ll totally recommend this hospital if you want honesty and professionalism.

They killed my MUM. They took 2 weeks to prepare for surgery, never made precautionary arrangement, no blood transfusion arrangement, they didnt even know she needed blood until I came to ask of her blood percentage. On the very Sunday morning ,we went sourcing for blood. No facility or personnel on ground who can take blood from me when I asked to donate.Thus place is bound to crash. Sorrow will never depart from all the Doctors involved in my mums death in Genesis hospital. Yet, after killing my Mum,they collected 1.8 million before releasing her.The lady manager can attest to this because this is one particular case she cant forget psychologically.
